I was charged $650.00 to install a $99.00 (probably less for a contractor) toilet. When I questioned the cost and my feeling unsafe using the product installed, they offered a $100.00 refund. I told them this was unsatisfactory. I offered to purchase a new product and requested they provide labor to exchange. Staff was to discuss with the owner. Never heard from them again. It appears they have now changed their name? Where is the Angi "happiness guarantee"?

The plumber, Chris, was very conscientious, extremely quiet, completed the work with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The old hot water heater was removed, and, with much concern, wrapped in a waterproof blanket to avoid dripping as it was brought down the stairs and then placed in the truck. (Throughout the neighborhood, other plumbing contractors have left the old tanks junked on the curb, where they sit there for days until the county trucks come by the next week.) Jud reached out to me before I was off the phone with hone advisor representative. He got approval from my HOA to do the emergency after hours call and had his technician Brad their within the hour. Brad came back the next day and finished up the job . Very professional team. I will definitely use them again for all of our plumbing needs.

Toilet still does not work, you hooked up the water to the toilet but it still does not flush or fill right. They left the job unfinished. My fault for not double checking the work before you left, but I should not have to.

Extremely overpriced. Charged close to 400 dollars for a 30-minute job. Initially wanted 500! The job was to just hook up a piece of PEC tubing to an outside spigot to the waterline. I had already removed the drywall for access to the pipe and I reinstalled and finished the drywall afterward. Now I know why the won?t give a rough estimate on the cost even with photos before they come out.
