Initially outrageously expensive. Able to negotiate, but still on the expensive side. 425 to install bathroom faucet and fix kitchen sink leak.

The service technician was nice. The technician did not have any Delta Shower faucet screws. I had to locate one in my screw jar. My screw cost me $85 dollars, my screw not theirs. Also, they do not have military/veteran discounts.

I think they are too expensive, I mean $1700.00 to replace a water heater? Also I was told I would be receiving a 60 gallon tank and they installed a 50 gallon tank.

These guys are really good at what they do. Highly recommend their service. Little on the expensive side, wasn't expecting it to be that much cost wise. But the last time I bought and installed a water heater was 15 years ago, so maybe the cost was accurate I guess? im not really sure. Either way, you get what you pay for I guess and I got great service and an awesome new water heater that works great, no complaints.
