Mike and Mark were terrific! Very friendly, informative, professional. Couldn't ask for more. Really knew what they were doing. Price for new gas water heater & installation was same as 2 other quotes.

Mike and crew were fantastic. Explained everything step by step so I could follow along. Cleaned up the job site when completed. They even helped me discard the old tub. I would highly recommend!!

Pink Plumbing was very prompt in responding to my initial query and then in setting up the appointment. The initial work was done satisfactorily, but required a follow-up visit to further identify the problem.

My Hot Water Heater went out and I looked on Home Advisor to find a plumber who could fix that day and found Pink Plumbing could come in about two hours. Jorge Lopez came right on time to help determine if I could repair or needed a new one. As it turned out, after trying several different things I did need a new hot water heater. He did not try to push a new hot water heater but looked at the best options for me. The unit was 26 years old so it was time . Jorge was knowledge, courteous and professional. He told me that he would not leave until we had hot water and he was a man of his word as we had our hot water back before he left. Folks like this are hard to find. This is a young company with experience. If you need a good plumber ask for Jorge!

They were very timely and pleasant. My elderly mother was present and they were very courteous to her while getting the project completed. Very pleased.

I found them online through HomeAdvisor and quickly received a call back. They were able to come the same day to replace a leaking water heater. They had great communication as far as texting me info on who was coming, including a picture of Jorge and our window of time for the appt. I also received a call ahead when he was on his way and it was well within the time frame they had told me! He did a great job replacing the water heater and was super friendly and I was very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be using them again!
