The costs were high. The Repair has to cut a hole in my garage Sheetrock to replace the faucet, but the high price paid did not include fixing the hole! Also asked for him to be careful going under house since I just encapsulated it, and when I checked it, I found 3 slits/ tears in the floor cover.

Almost 1/2 the price of the other company I quoted and a portion of their profits go to cancer research.

The plumber had to return the same day because the new plumbing installed under the sink was leaking. The hose from garbage disposal to dishwasher was placed with the hose on the outside of the new plumbing so it gets in the way of storing cleaning products. Price was 3 times what I would have paid my regular plumber who was not available at the time.

Mike did an excellent job

He only fixed one bathroom, was supposed to fix both although he could not get the other rebuild kit for the shower/bathtub that still needs fixing. He said he would look for it and get back to me but have not heard back from him.

I'm evidently out of touch, haven't used plumbing services in a very long time so they seemed expensive. However, they did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and he did a fantastic job cleaning the area when the job was complete. I'd definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Plumbing work is expensive to begin with. The "Value for money" rating has no direct reflection on the company. Excellent work, great customer service and professionalism. Would use again.

Mike arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. He seemed to consider all the options of what could be wrong with my water heater unit. He delivered on all his promises and made sure the unit was in full working order before leaving. Highly recommend!
