Great job. Kept me aware of the repair needs and their recommendations on preventative homeowner steps that will save me some money. My only issue was one of scheduling. Home Advisor said 2 PM. At 2:45 PM I call Pink and was told they operate on a two-hour window, so they could show up anytime between 2- 4 PM. It would have been nice to let the customer know that.

He came driving a red Mercedes. i asked where was his ladder, he couldn't under why. I explained the situation and he looked and explained things he didnt know correctly. He left and went back to get a ladder. He had trouble take the ladder off of the van. He told me something exact opposite of Bejamin Franklin.

Came over immediately and gave me estimate. Returned the next day and replaced water heater with better pipe locations and valves. would definitely hire this company again for plumbing needs.

The technician came right out and replaced the hot water heater very quickly. He brought us up to code also. I was somewhat surprised at the cost but apparently the cost of a hot water heater has increased significantly since replacing one several years ago.

3 estimates received. Pink plumbing was much lower than the other two. Don't be fooled by the name. They are truly professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Very pleased w/ service.

They arrived promptly and worked to find the problem. My issue ended up not being a plumbing issue but tech worked to find the issue just the same.

Tech did excellent work. What impressed me most was the fact that I was on his schedule between 10a.m. to 12 p.m, and he called me at 10:15 to let me know that because of an emergency call, he was running late. I will definitely use Pink for my future plumbing needs.

Pink Plumbing responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. In fact, the technician Chris called to tell me he had an unexpected break in his timing, and he came right over (an hour an a half early), checked out the problem thoroughly, and went out to finish another call while I ran out to get a replacement unit. Due to Chris' expertise and professionalism, hot water was restored that same afternoon with a new heater! I highly recommend Pink--ASK FOR CHRIS!
