Pop-A-Lock was at my house quickly and did everything I needed. Ben is AWESOME. He was well mannered, knew what he was doing and everything is working like a charm He is definitely an access to your company and I would definitely refer him to my friends.

I asked lock technician to rekey locks to all match one key. 6 locks. One of the locks wasnâ  t keyed properly so I donâ  t have a key that works for that. He should have tested all the locks with me.

I purchased the recommended keys and found them to be of low quality and subject to breaking off in the lock, so I went to my local Ace Hardware and purchased higher quality keys.

Technician did not have the right parts to complete the job. He ordered the parts and returned a few days later. He completed the repair and it has been working great ever since.
