PLEASANT DETAILS

This is the 2nd time I have hired Pleasant Details to install a clear bra film on my car as I also used them in 2012 on my previous MINI Cooper. Bradley is truly an artist because this type of install cannot be done by anyone but a very well trained professional with experience. Also John, the owner of Pleasant Details, is so knowledgeable and professional and treats his customers very well. I highly recommend Pleasant Details to anyone in need of their services!

Analicia, the customer service representative was wonderful. Responsive, understanding and knowlegeable. While waiting for my ride, I saw her display the very same courtesy to customers at the counter and new customers calling to get information. The work done by the crew was great. I am extremely satisfied and will return to have my Ford Escape detailed next.

I paid $220 for an express detail, clay bar and polish and carpet cleaning on August 13. Two weeks later, I'm still finding swirl marks and wax residue that was never buffed out. When I retrieved the car, most all of the exterior black plastic trim was spotted. The front desk staff was helpful and informed another staff member. Expecting the professional and experienced team described on the website, I was surprised to see a teenager come out and finish off the work. He did take care of the problem, but I should not have had to ask. The carpets looked good. I was so ready to love this vendor but I don't feel that I got the $200 detail I expected. I doubt I'll make the trip to Daniel Island again. Other detailers in Mt. Pleasant do just as well for less.

Pleasant Details made two property management signs for my company: yard and window signs. Although a small order, John and Pleasant Details took the time to handle the order in a timely manner. They did what I love in any company: they did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they said they would do it for the price they said they would. Plus, the quality of their work is great. Simple and easy order, and they made me feel like my order was important to them. We will order future signs from them, and we highly recommend them.

Went to get an interior detail before my baby was due. The car was filthy, hadn't been detailed in years, and now it looks and feels brand new. I paid $135 with a $25 tip and it was among the best money I have EVER spent! I will go back regularly!

They were great. They were here right when they said that they would be here. They took exactly as long as they thought. My car is beautiful both inside and out.

As usual the gentleman at Pleasant Details did a FANTASTIC job on my car. I have been bringing the boys my little SUV for almost a year now on a quarterly basis to be detailed with dropping it off between full detail visits. I have to admit when I dropped my car off in the morning it had looked better, with the rain and driving to Columbia on a weekly basis and killing every bug on the way the car looked awful! The car looked so bad that I would be approached at my favorite columbia gas station by guys trying to sell car detail stuff in a can. The eager salesmen would even try the product out on the car while I was filling up hoping for an easy sale. Last Monday he seemed very let down when I informed him that I was taking my car the following day to the detail shop in Charleston. When I picked the car up in the afternoon it was beautiful inside and out. I cannot recommend these guys enough! I have brought my car into their shop many times and when my schedule got busy I had even had them come to me to detail my car at school. Every visit either in the shop or with their mobile van the car looked better than when I drove it off the dealers lot. Last summer I had them install a heat protectant film on my front window when they did the window tinting. Since I live downtown and have to have a parking sticker the boys figured out how to affix the sticker to my window so it would not ruin the film. Last December when I got my new parking sticker, they stayed a wee bit past closing time for me to swing by for them to remove the old parking sticker and place the new one in the window for me. Now what kind of place gives you that kind of service anymore? All I can say is that I will keep on bringing my car back to them to hand wash and detail!

I dropped off the vehicle at their business. They were busy detailing vehicles, but took time out to tell me about service and give me quote. They fit my vehicle in over the next two days, despite being busy prior to the new year. My vehicle was ready at the end of the second day, and I picked it up the next morning, despite their being closed for the holiday, using their secure key drop box.

Like the name of the company, and quot;Pleasant Detailsand quot; I had a very pleasant experience and the guys attended to every little detail on the car. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning to have their full car wash and detail service done since the car was in great need of some detail work done. When I called to make my appointment I mentioned that I would need a lift back to my house, and one of the owners shared with me that it would be no problem even though this was not a service that they normally provide. Before I headed home I asked about their window tinting services and John shared with me the different options and costs. I was excited that they were able to work me into their schedule to also tint the windows while they had the car. When it came closer to the time to pick up the car John was in constant contact with me on the time schedule and when the car might be ready. He even offered to come pick me up at my home if I needed a ride since they had the car the whole day. When I picked up my car it did look nicer than when I drove it off the dealers lot a year ago. The car was beautiful, every inch of my car was cleaned, even in places you wouldn't think they would clean. I just hated to drive it home and have to park it on the street in my neighborhood because I knew that trees that I have to park under would make it look icky. The gentleman who installed the window tinting came out to speak with me about the process and the dos and don'ts of the windows so I wouldn't mess anything up before the sealant had a chance to work. I did have to make an appointment to bring the car back so they could add the tinting to the very large sunroof. I would rather them take their time to install the tinting correctly the first time and have to do it in two sessions than have the rush to try to get it all done on one visit. I am sure if when I booked the car to be washed and detailed and mentioned to them I also wanted to get all of the windows tinted they could have done it on one visit. I used to take my car to a local car wash and detail chain store here in town to have the wash and detail work done. I paid Pleasant Details the same amount that I used to pay this other place to wash and detail my car. By the time I added all of the up charges at the chain store, the cost was more than what I paid Pleasant Details. Pleasant Details work was a much higher quality than the other place and I know that they didn't rush to get my car done so they could start on the next in line. It was well worth making the appointment and coming to them. For my future car washes and detail work I will definitely be bringing my car back to them.

I have used them for my own car in the past. They clean your car inside and out. They make it look brand new. They are over the top. They also give you a car to drive while they are detailing your car. I went to the beach while they were working on it and returned the car when I picked mine up!

Of course I located this company using Angie's List. After reviewing company's website to determine what services were available I contacted them to make an appointment (late Friday afternoon). I was informed there was a low probability they would be able to finish my automobile on Saturday and they suggested I drop off my automobile Sunday evening to be ready Monday afternoon. Just like clockwork my automobile was ready for pick-up Monday afternoon. Upon arrival I noticed the hood was up and realized they had detailed the engine compartment for no extra charge. Finally, a business willing to go the extra mile and exceed the customer's expectations!!!!

Very well, they did a great job and gave me a loaner while I was waiting.
