Sent an invoice for a renewal and I have never had service with them ever. This is a scam. Send an invoice for “renewal” and hope some dummy pays it. SCAM. I’m lodging a complaint.

They come out 4 times a year. They are due in a month I think. They are an A. They really do a good job at getting rid of them, and it lasts. I mean it works. They are very throughout. They really take their time. They have these long handled dusters and they go into corners. They go up as far as they can reach on the house and they do windows. If someone asked we would recommend them. We will definitely keep using them. They quality is an A. Their responsiveness is good also. We called them when we first moved in and had them. Then in a few weeks later I noticed that we had the tiny sugar ants and called them out. They were coming out of the electrical outlet. It was the tiniest minute itsy bitsy ant. WE called them out and they took care of it. They were here the next day so their responsiveness is very good. They are good when they say they are going to be here they are because we had them spray inside and out. I want them inside too. I think right down the line I would have to give them an A. There is nothing that we have been dissatisfied with at all. They have been a great company to work with. Like I said I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They are going to come back and treat the termites. I have had other people tell me that they use them, that is how I wound up using them. I had two other friends give me references for their company and that is how I found them. Everything that they told me has rung true, they are a very good company. The guys that come out are very friendly and they seem to know what they are doing/they know their their job.

It was very good. We pay 320$ a year and then you can use them as often as you need them. They are very fair and efficient.

Great! We're satisfied with the basic service, and the termite service has been good. We had termites in our favorite tree in the back yard, and Palmetto was able to save the tree and get rid of the termites!

We worked with Rick, who was great. The office administrators are not as friendly as I would like and they don't really listen to what you have to say. The first treatment went fine. Workers showed up, drilled and applied treatment; however, they did not complete the job that day. After several days past and I did not hear from the office to schedule the rest of the treatment, I called to set it up. They came back out to finish but still were not complete. In addition to that, they used the wrong color cement to patch the holes. I spoke with Rick who explained everything would be taken care of. It's now July and they have not been back. We were also told they would be treating the front porch, but when a worker was out he would not perform the work and told us to get a waiver to exclude. This was not brought up during the initial walkthrough or price quote.

The actual inspection is fine. The service technician has always been very professional. My one complaint with the company is that I get a bill months before the date of my annual inspection. If I decide not to pay it for a month I get a second notice. When I pay it, which is well before it is due, I then have to either accept the random appointment they send in the mail which may not be convenient for me or ask to be called to set up a mutually agreeable date. I always opt for the latter but several times did not receive a call from them and had to initiate contacting them myself. I spoke to them for several years in a row about this issue but it seems to not get and quot;fixed.and quot; No big deal, but to put out that amount of money months in advance of my inspection just has never sat well with me. Of note: The very original termite treatment was in August, I believe. So year after year it has not falled at the 12 month mark and now it is late fall.

We are very pleased with them, they are very good and will respond within 24 hours.

It went great. He is always on time and always works when no one is watching. He goes the extra mile.

I was having a problem with roaches are purchasing a new Steam mop that had roaches in it when I opened the purchased box. They got out in the kitchen and then they were everywhere. I called Palmetto after a coworker recommended them to me. They came that same week and told me I had Greman roaches. I ended up purchasing a package to get rid of the roaches and a maintenance plan to keep them away. While spraying in my garage, the worker saw evidence of rat droppings. He set a trap while he was here and the rat was trapped a few days later. I called them back and they came out and picked up the dead rodent and reset the traps. He has caught 3 roof rats so far. I didn't even know I had rats in the first place. Palmetto is always very responsive when you call and will work around your schedule to make things work out. I would recommend Palmetto Exterminators to my friends and family.

It's a bug guy and they are invisible. I don't know where they are and I don't see them. I think that is pretty good. I pay them periodically and I have put them on autopay.

We have an issue with small flies. I have a quarterly service where they come around and spray. I called them twice and said hey I got these flies. They have come out twice and done extra sprays. That seems to be typical among exterminators because when I had the previous exterminator Orkin they did the same thing. The only reason I switched was Palmetto was cheaper. They are fine on friendliness and punctuality.

They are great and very professional. Sometimes, I have these sugar ants, and they come out right away with traps or whatever I need. Whenever I have ever had to call them to come for something small or extra, they seem to come out that day or the next day. Their price is good.

We are happy with them and have had them for eight years. Once in a while we have had to call them with a problem, but most of the time the routine service takes care of everything. We keep them because we are satisfied. The price is good.

They are pretty good at their job. I will continue to use them as needed.

Palmetto has been treating the house for nearly seven years, and they always provide a great service.

I have been using them for about eight years. I also have termite maintenance with them. They do detailed checks throughout the house. The same technician has been coming for eight years. Even my dogs know him. They always ask if we have a problem within the house and oftentimes come to the garage.

They do exterior treatment for roaches and other pests. They have cut down on the number of pests I have. They are great. They always call or send a card before they come. Everybody has always done a thorough job. They always give detailed reports for their termite inspections.

We have had them for years, and they have been very good. The overall experience is excellent. We will continue to use this service.

They are very thorough. They even take photos. I have been satisfied with the work they have done for me. I will use them again in the future.

They come to my home four times a year to provide service. They take care of everything and we don't have to worry about bugs.

I have referred them numerous times. The general manager of my area is named Charles Humbard and he is extremely personable and very hands on as far as working through any issues I have. They are good about identifying any bugs I have around the house and then they take care of it. They don't knit pick or hit you with any additional charges -- they just come out and do the job for the quoted price. I will use them again in the future.
