Palmetto was in and out very quickly and had a very solid B performance across the board.

They were prompt,efficient and cost effective.

Called the company to get an estimate (I believe it was a Thursday), and I was told that they were on their lunch break but would call back within half an hour. They called about an hour later. I communicated the services I wanted, and they gave me an estimate. It seemed reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for 10 am the following Monday. Monday morning, they called me about 9:50 am saying they were running late and would be arriving at 10:30. They actually arrived at 11 am. Not the biggest deal, but an hour late is still an hour late. Two guys in a van showed up, I greeted them and showed them what needed cleaning, and they got right to work steam cleaning (or hot water extraction, as they called it). They finished in about an hour and a half. My carpets looked good afterward, and so did my couch. Overall, it was a good experience, and I was satisfied with the work. I would use them again, although I would also be open to using other well recommended cleaners.

This company was prompt! (Actually early). They used wet-dry cleaning method and steam. The owner and one helper performed all the work; but did not do any heavy lifting such as beds, armoires, etc. They did, however, do all sides of sofas, which involved lifting and rolling. They were efficient, thorough and reasonable. This job took about 1 1/2 hrs. with the upholstery cleaning taking the most time. The company was very, very friendly and courteous in all departments. They want our business. They also provide an office and home cleaning service, and I found that to be well run and reasonable, as well. I would hire them again.
