Visited ALL the other Stone shops in the area and Pacific Shore is far above and beyond the others with their product selection, quality, and customer service. I was shown photos of slabs that were in a container being shipped across the ocean and able to tag those slabs before anyone else could snag them up.

+ -1 moreWe visited three different granite distributors in Charleston and all were good, but Pacific Shores was our hands-down favorite. Ultimately, we chose to go with a different distributor because they had a particular slab that Pacific Shores did not carry at the time. However, their prices were competitive, and we really contemplated going with our 2nd choice of granite simply to give Heather and Pacific Shores our business. They were that impressive. Heather was extremely helpful and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this company. It was a great experience, but it just didn't work out for us this time. Regardless, they'll get the first chance at our business the next time we're looking for stone.
Description of Work: This provider offered granite slabs to our fabricator for our recent kitchen countertop renovation.
