The guys did fine moving my stuff. The issue is the bad business. I paid a deposit, and then at the end I paid for the service. I later realized I didn’t deduct what I already paid for the deposit. Moving is a very stressful, hectic and expensive task. Lots of options unexpected expenses. So when I contacted them and politely requested to be given back the overpayment money, Tim told me no. Said it was on me that I did that, and that money is gone. We’ll, as a single parent, working full time and paying out of pocket for classes, I needed that money back and I still do. Tim said I could have it as a credit on another move, when I contacted him the next week to schedule, he pretended to not who I was and then proceeded to ignore me. Why? The overpayment was an accident, so on top of not giving me back money that is rightfully mine, he then went back on his word to let me schedule another move and use the overpayment as a credit. That is just bad business and it’s not right.

The week before my move I messaged them to make sure everything was ok. They stated that there was to be a 30$ stair fee that they didn't tell me about (which I was fine about). 3 days before the move they text (and they didn't even have the stones to call) and he stated via text "well pass thanks" 3 days before I needed to move after planning it with him months in advance. Talking to the guy on the phone was extreamly hard as well because he didn't seem to grasp common sense so it was hard simply explaining "we are moving from point A to point B". Extremely unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Made my appointment on March 22nd, almost 3 months in advance before I needed to move even though the move is only 3 miles away from my current apartment.

Moving Starz cancelled at midnight the evening before my move. I had scheduled them a few weeks in advance to help move heavy items from my rental home to my new rental home on my final day in my rental. I had to jump through hoops to get another company to help me move my heavy items. Do yourself a favor and hire a more reputable company!
Description of Work: I need help moving heavy items on my last day in my rental home.
