Outstanding.. I've experienced professional movers and completely unprofessional movers.. great stories and nightmare stories you read about. Finding a professional mover who has integrity and can get the job done with care is almost impossible these days. I found Oleen on Angies List and trusting Angies list as I do, I gave them a shot. I needed to move everything out quickly and am going to have them move everything back in a few days. They were on time, professional, handled everything as if it belonged to them personally.. with care. They never stopped moving even though they are paid by the hour, they worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them highly and would only use them in the future.. they were truly outstanding and I know I can rely on them to get the job done, right. They were also reasonable about the cost, even pro-rating me for partial time... great experience overall!

We needed to move from Moncks Corner, SC to Nashville TN. After interviewing several companies we decided to use Oleen. They spent parts of two days packing us and loading us. They finished loading on Friday and drove to Nashville. On Saturday morning they unloaded us. We were extremely pleased with the service that they provided. Unlike large moving companies, it was the same group of young men who packed us, loaded us, and moved us. There were several obstacles such as rain, a two hour traffic delay, a driveway too small for the van. They were polite, resourceful, and never used any of these problems as an excuse. Even though a huge traffic issue caused them to be late arriving in Nashville on Friday, they arrived on time on Saturday morning. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs to make a long distance move. It is great to have the same people work with you throughout the move and not leave your goods at some warehouse for someone else to pick up and deliver.

They were efficient and handled everything very well. The work took a little longer time and that was anticipated. The cost was more than they estimated but it was because of the weather and it took a longer time because of that. They were very confident and handled the job very well.

The workers that handled our move were courteous, professional and comitted to making sure we were happy. The move went smoothly (in very hot weather) and the guys were great! They took great care in the manner in which they handled our furntiture and were very careful not to damage our old house as well as the new condo. Overall the move went well and we were very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the "personal attention" needed when moving. Thanks to Doug and his team for a job well done!

The move went very smoothly. The crew was prompt, easy to deal with, careful, and while it took a full day and two trips, everything was moved successfully.

They did a great job. Showed up on time. Were very careful to wrap the furniture to protect it. Were professional and very hard workers. Everything went as expected. I am glad we hired 3 people. 2 would not have been enough and would have taken a lot longer. Good experience.

Very well. They were helpful in many aspects that went above and beyond what you expect from movers - recommending how to hook up a washer and dryer with mismatched connections, for example. I plan on using them again - they make moving day relaxed and stress free.

Josh Oleen came out several weeks in advance to provide a quote. The morning of the move they were punctual. They worked very hard and never took a break. They took great care with our furniture and we moved an entire house without one scratch, ding, or broken item. They treated our furniture and belongings with the same care they would their own. They wrapped up each peice of wood furniture in moving pads and each peice of upholstered furniture in saran wrap so nothing was damaged. We had a terrible set of stairs in the old house and they never complained about them. They even had to take our headboard over our balcony to get it out, but they did it with good humor and with no damage to the head board. They worked extremely well together. We felt totally comfortable with these guys. We even stopped supervising at one point because they were doing such a great job. Each of the guys they brough were related to them in some way and all were clean cut and professional. They completed the job in exactly the time they estimated and their quote was right on.

Things went well. They were on time. curteous and professional.

I called Mover and Grovers a month in advance to schedule my move. I gave them all of my information. One week before moving, I sent them an e-mail confirming everything I told them over the phone: My name, Addresses (new and old) as well as the phone number I could be reached on moving day (my cell). I sent this e-mail to the address on their website. I also reminded them that I found their company on Angie?s List. On the morning of the move, I called again to ensure we were still on and to make sure they had my phone number. That day, Movers and Grovers sent the truck to the wrong building (according to the movers, the dispatcher told them it was definitely not an apartment, so they could not find the address), but they were ALSO given the wrong phone number! After 30 minutes, I called their office and left a message. When I did reach someone, they said that the movers couldn?t find my place, so they went to lunch. I was then told that the movers would be there in 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes, called them back and they said it would be any minute. After 15 more minutes they said it would be another ten minutes. This went on for another hour. By the time they arrived, HOURS later, I could tell the movers were frustrated by the misinformation they received. I saw their invoice, and they were given incorrect information, which is inexcusable considering I sent a confirmation e-mail with everything spelled out correctly. The two men that moved us worked very quickly and they were careful with my things, which is why I gave them a ?C? for quality. Their prices were competitive with other quotes I received. Other than that, dealing with this company was terrible.

The movers, Clinton and Eric, were wonderful. They were careful with the furniture, clearly knew what they were doing. They dealt well with a thunderstorm in Columbia, unloaded and helped place the furniture, including getting big pieces up a small spiral staircase. They did it all with good humor!

The representatives from Oleen showed up on time, did the work well and were able to come back the same day to deal with the items that would not fit on the pod. I was very pleased with there service and plan to use them on the next stage of the move. Thumbs up.

From initial contact to services performed I was treated professionally. Prices projected were accurate and there were no hidden costs. Were willing to work on a Sunday over the holidays, which made the process much easier and more convenient for me.

You could not ask for better service. M&G aren't overpriced but they're also not a discount mover. Based on our experience, however, you're absolutely going to get AT LEAST what you pay for! If you hire M&G, you can relax in absolute confidence that they will be completely "up-front" with you, and not cut corners. These guys really know what they are doing - AND they work effectively in partnership with the customer, from dependability and reliability, through thorough and accurate listening, through exhaustive customer service and care, to the "touches" like patience, and courteous and sound advice, which can make such an important difference if you prefer a "hands-on, eyes-on" move. All of the wonderful fellows on our moving crew were EMPLOYEES of M&G, not just people who'd been picked up for a day's work. They truly cared about the quality of their work, managed themselves so extremely well that, at the end of the day, we truly felt that WE had been the bosses.

They came, about 15 mins. late, but not a problem. They packed up my furniture nicely and were very nice. It took them about 1 hour to move and about 1 hour to move into the townhouse. Since the townhouse was not far from the house I was living, they didn't charge the gas fee, which I thought was nice. I just gave them an extra tip.

Better than expected.

I called late one night and was surprised by the owner answering the phone. I explained that I was planning on doing the move myself but had injured my back. I needed these services the following day. Mr Doscher explained that they were booked solid but that he would work me into the schedule that afternoon. He guaranteed that a crew would arrive by 2pm and that they would call when in route or if they were going too be later. They called around 1:30 and arrived promptly at 2pm. They was very reasonable with their prices. They wrapped and padded all my furniture at no additional cost and moved my items at a steady and safe pace. Out of the three times I have hired movers, this was the first time nothing was damaged and the first time I was not hit with hidden fees at time of payment. I would and have recommended Movers & Groovers to everyone I know and would use them again if needed.
