MaxCare Floor Care

They refunded our money, they knew they messed up. They did a terriblejob and didn't put the finish on the floor we contracted for. When called them out of this they lied several times until finally admitting it. My floor has globs of polyurethane and there are swirls all over the floor where applied incorrectly. They carried the crappy product into my living room hard wood floors and now the floor doesn't match out to about two feet from threshold. The whole thing looks horrible. It has only been two months and the finish is worn off in places!

The estimate was reasonable for what they wanted to do. Where it went wrong was - I had a set task in mind - I asked for an estimate on 1 room and I was only given and estimate on the entire house, far work more than i wanted. My only suggestion would be - LISTEN to the potential client! If someone wants to do 1 room, then quote for 1 room. Remember the customer is always right. It may not be the best way to handle the project but it was how I wanted to handle my project. So, if I move and want an entie house done, I may use them.

They responded promptly to provide a quote that was very competitive. The work was scheduled almost immediately and proceeded exactly on the timetable provided. Their dustless sanding system is great. Wonderful job, nice people. We would use them again.

The work on the first day took longer than anticipated which caused us to have to change our plans for that evening. This was the only hitch in the process. We are very satisfied with the finished product.

Their dustless sanding equipment really saved us time. The employees were very friendly and professional. They came in and finished the job in a timely manner and took pride in their workmanship.

From the estimate to the completion of the job, I could not have been happier with MaxCare. They are very professional, provided advice on how to refinish the floors and completed the job on time, and yes, dustless. I highly recommend this Company. The job went flawless. I evaluted several companies to sand, stain and finish my hardwood floors. Many companies claimed to be DUST FREE, but in reality most are not. What separates MaxCare from the competition is that they have a 42 horse power vacuum mounted on a truck outside that takes out ALL THE DUST. I was very sceptical and thought there would be a certain amount of dust, but there was not.

Brandon is a great guy and he really knows how to do his job. I would NEVER call another company again.

The job took seven (7) days to complete. They had to make the wooden flush mount vents, sand the floors, stain the wood, buff the floors, and varnish (3 coats) the floors. They use a "dust-free" sanding method which utilizes a truck-mounted vacuum to suck the dust outside the house. There was just a minimal amount of dust to wipe up on the window sills. Their workers were very professional and answered any questions that I had. The final product is beautiful! I am very pleased with their work.

Beside having the poor refinish job, the installer's old truck leaked fluid on our driveway leaving two large stained areas.

They are the only company I will use. They do a great job.

The company's representative gave us an estimate the day after we called them. We originally planned to have the floors sanded and refinished, but he recommended that they simply be cleaned and coated, which saved us a lot of money. They came to do the work the next day and finished on time. We plan to use them again if needed.
