pressure washing
 + -1 moreHis name is Mark Jenkins. It was a cold call because he had left a flyer in the neighborhood. He was able to come within two days. The work hadn't been done within 2 years and it had a lot of mildew. It took him a long time but he did a super job. Both the neighbors on either side have used him and I saw his truck two or three times in the neighborhood after that. He was a very nice guy and did the job. He was very competitively priced. The last time I had it done, it was over $300. I am going to call him to schedule another appointment.
Description of Work: I used Mark's Pressure Washing to pressure wash the house.
