MARATHON CHEVROLET OF NORTH CHARLESTON

They kept telling me the part was find ans long as the warranty was in place. Now, however, that the warranty has expired they say the I Shaft needs to be replaced !!! I told them I had conplained about this in the past year and as recent as Dec and was told it was fine. Now, it needs to be replaced. I am furious, it isn't the amount, it is the principal. When I complained abd ask why it wasn't a problem in the past, but now it is, since the warranty has expired. The reply from Kim Minton, the service manager told me "it was a differendt policy", but couldn't explain. We were going to purchase a new car this summer, and would have used Marathon, but now we are going to spend our money elsewhere. Their service department stinks, use to be very personal, but just a fast buck now. Too may car dealerships to go to, don't waste your time and get run around from MARATHON CHEVROLET in NORTH CHARLESTON.
