Very impressed with the entire process. They delivered what they promised. Would use again and highly recommend.

Brian was polite & accommodating and seemed very professional when estimating the job in my home. However that all changed when he delivered the glass and did the installation. After the installation was complete, I inspected the work and it was sloppy and slightly out of square. There were multiple scratches on the new glass and he chipped some existing ceramic tile in the shower and on the floor. Upon questioning him about the tile damage, he denied doing it and claimed it was already damaged. He also claimed that the scratches in the glass were small and unnoticeable and that minor scratches are commonly found in new factory glass. When we pressed him about it, he became very agitated and indignant that we questioned his craftsmanship. My wife and I reluctantly paid him, but now regret it. His price was a little better than some other places, but then, you get what you pay for. In hindsight, we wish we had spent a little extra and went somewhere else. Caveat Emptor...Buyer Beware.

We received quotes from three local glass companies that came highly recommended to us. Lowcountry Glass provided the lowest price on both the shower glass, the mirror, and the install. Working with Brian and his team was wonderful. Brian replied promptly to all of my calls and emails, and answered all of our questions. He sent over photos to show us exactly what our shower would look like and all of the parts, including the hinges and handle. Once installed, our shower door looked exactly like the photos he had shown us. It's really just beautiful. The team that did the measuring and install were terrific. They were always polite and courteous, even when our protective dog wouldn't stop barking! They left no mess and worked very fast. They even started early in the morning (7:15 am) so that my husband and I wouldn't be late to work. We could not recommend this company enough. We would absolutely work with them again.
