From initial scheduling, the free consultation, planning, having the work done in and around my home, to the communication/follow up during/after the job was complete… everything was 100%. I initially met with Mike for my consultation. Mike was punctual, polite, professional, and honest. He is knowledgeable and super smart and I get the feeling that he enjoys educating his clients about their home, potential problems, and how he and his team can improve it (without cutting corners). Mike was honest about his findings and recommendations and I never felt pressured. Instead, we prioritized the most important issues and worked with my budget to make sure we had everything we needed at a comfortable price. Their attention to detail is 100% and it is obvious that they take great pride in their work. My roof looks great (and no more leaks), my new PVC trimwork looks sharp (and will be resistant to rot and will require less maintenance), the wood and brick repairs look great, and my new paint job gave my home the curb appeal it needed. In addition, the crew was clean and put everything back exactly how it was before they got there. Mike and the team and KTB Home Services went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!
