Always professional. Always listens to me as the customer. Happily performs any extra cleaning requests, and has worked me into their schedule for last minute requests.

The owner and her assistants did an excellent job. Professional, polite, thorough. I use JL Kidd cleaning services every 3 weeks.

It was fine, they did a good job.

The owner answered the phone wile driving and passed me to her " assistant" . I asked to schedule a time and without asking what date i would be free they said they were available Thursday. I politely responded i work thursday but , "i can meet you at the property when i get off " the phone was snatched from the assistant and the owner replied " you want us to come after hour's ?! " i replied "no ma'am im flexible i was only trying to work with the date you gave. " i then let them know what days of the week i am free. The owner responded "well were booked this week so tuesday is out of the question. " i responded ma'am there's no hurry and we agreed upon next week tuesday . She then asked what time and i told her two pm she gave a sassy "sure ". I thought over the interaction for a few hours and reached out again to make sure tuesday was ok and i was given a email response in void of all auto correct but loaded with more under tones of sass. I then decided to cancel my groupon and cancel the service via email. I was given yet another unapologetic email void of any compassion. I write this in hopes that they learn to use spell check and display better customer service.
