The workman was very capable. He arrived on time and did his job in a professional, cheerful manner. I would be glad to hire Jantzen Locks and Safes again.

I called the dealer and was able to get a key code for my vehicle. I gave this info to Jantzen, and they met me at the vehicle. I first called them AFTER they were closed, and I had the keys the next day in the afternoon. They could have charged me twice what they did and I would have been happy. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Totally added me in their schedule at the last minute (meaning they showed up 30 minutes from when I called) despite having a very full schedule, in order to accommodate my schedule. Very professional, courteous, and extremely nice. Came prepared (even on such short notice) with a range of options for fixing the door. Cleaned up the mess I had made trying to fix things myself. The price was extremely reasonable. By far the best experience I have ever had with any Angie's list provider! I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Paul Jantzen came out immediately after a I made a call requesting my locks be rekeyed. I recently moved into an older home that had been previously rented, and being a single gal I was a bit nervous about who might also have a key. The service was fast thorough, and Paul made sure everything was working properly and secured for my safety.

He showed up on time, understood my request and promptly replaced the locks.

I called Jantzen to change the locks on a new home we purchased. The woman who answered the phone was polite and courteous. She asked how many locks needed to be changed and then gave me the date (only a few days after I called) and approximate time of arrival. Tom, my locksmith, called prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He walked through the home with me to count locks. It was a good thing he did because I forgot the patio and sliding doors. I had stated I needed 5 locks change when it was actually 8. "Not a problem", he said, even though that meant he needed to spend additional time with me. He re-keyed all locks and provided me with the quantity of new keys I requested. After the job was completed, he walked through the home again, and pointed out some security features on the doors and a few that could use adjustment. Tom did a wonderful job at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Jantzen is my locksmith of choice from now on.

Prompt, professional and quality work.

While locking my garden gate I managed to break the key off in the lock. I called Jantzen and since I teach during the day and they were booked up for afternoon appointments I asked if they would be able to come down to my home during the day while I was not there. They were able to not only get the broken key out of the gate, but he also aligned the gate so that the lock would slide into the wall much easier. After his work of aligning the gate I no longer have to fight the gate to get it to lock, and now that I can fully lock the gate, no one is able to just pull the gate open and be able to walk to my back garden. When I got home from school I just had to walk up to the store to get the keys and sign the credit card slip. They made this experience so easy for me. I Jantzen is the place where I have all my extra keys made as well.

The locksmith arrived at time he was scheduled and he was very efficient and pleasant in completing his chores. He provided the most cost effective option for us.
