We have had Home Telecom (I call it BOB's Cable) for a few months now. I have never experienced such a rinky d*** operation as this. We have a 51 inch TV that most of our channels that come through show on about 50% of the TV, the rest of the screen is blank. And yes, we have tried to adjust it to fit the screen. When we call them to ask about it, they say "well that's the way that we get the shows". I am glad that we have a larger TV because I can't imagine having a small TV and only seeing 50% of the screen. We always have problems with the internet going slow or not working at all. This is a big inconvenience as my husband operates an at home business which requires the internet to function. We contacted them to see if we could cancel their service and they stated that we are under contract. They are not providing the service that we service that we opted for. Upon arguing with them, they said that we could get out of the TV portion of the service but would have to keep the internet and telephone. Direct TV, here we come!!!

The cable is not pretty good but the internet and phone is pretty good. We switched to Direct TV. You can pick whenever you want to be billed.

I have been using them for 31 years. The packages are small enough that they are just what I need. I don't need 500 channels. We have looked at other companies over the years but we are satisfied with them. They are johnny on the spot for any repairs.
