Franck's brother-in-law had done some kitchen refinishing for a friend of mine, who was told about Franck's recent arrival in the states and his background. I thought I would have him look at the chest. He and brother-in-law (assistant in this case) came to storage area to survey the piece of furniture. He gave me a maximum amount estimate, with the idea that he would call me with a definite price before beginning work. They took the chest furniture with them with my permission. Franck surveyed the piece with the love and admiration of an artisan. He is from Paris and has experience working on all sorts of high valued antiques. Yet, still handled my parents first chest -of-drawers as if it was of real value. My confidence in his attitude payed off. They delivered the finished piece to my new apartment on the promised schedule. It still smelled of polish! I would highly recommend him.

He did a very nice job! He was not the cheapest, but he quoted me a price and did not end up taking as long as he expected, so he cut price by a quarter for me. He did a great job, and the doors are perfect. I did have to wait three weeks to schedule an appointment because of his availability, but I did not mind the wait.
