furniture repair
 + -1 moreAfter purchasing home office furniture and a Guardsman contract at Haverty's in Charleston, SC, I called for a furniture repair in January, 2015. In March, 2015, Guardsman finally dispatched a crew to look at the arm of the desk chair that is broken and lying on the floor in my office. The repair lasted approximately 2 months. In early June, I sent in a subsequent request for service to Guardsman. They denied the claim. Then, I called Haverty's as they seem to have someone who reviews claims denied by Guardsman, but they haven't returned my call. Caution. DO NOT EVERY BUY A CONTRACT FROM GUARDSMAN UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY. AND, DON"T BOTHER BUYING FURNITURE FROM HAVERTY'S. Another waste of time.
