+ -1 moreAfter our initial meeting, we returned to New York City where we lived at the time, and began corresponding with Chris via email, phone and text to move the process forward. After a few exchanges and an initial proposal, he disappeared on us. All attempts we made to contact him were not returned. We attempted to find someone else to take his place with just a few weeks until we were to return to Charleston in June. That proved unsuccessful, so we gave Chris one last try. Once again, we heard from him just once, and then never got another response to all our emails, phone calls, etc. Very disappointing - he seems very bright, and likeable as well. But he is wholly unreliable.
Description of Work: We called in Chris from Good Earth to do a substantial renovation of our backyard - get rid of some trees, re-lay brick-scape and plant new trees and other plants. He met with us and had a plausible plan, seemed very knowledgeable and we were excited about working with him. This was in March.

+ -1 moreHave been using him for 1.5 yrs. Very pleased with work. Pulled out previous owner's dead plants and put in sod. Trimmed trees hanging over fence. Replaced a sick shrub with one I had bought. Texts me to let me know about when he'll get here. Easy to contact via text messages but will have to leave a message if calling on phone.
Description of Work: For basic services of $65, mows lawn, trims, edges, cleans up with blower. Pulls obvious weeds and other small tasks. Additional fees for trimming shrubs and trees, removing or replacing plants, etc.. Can provide other services, such as laying sod, putting in new beds, etc.
