I purchased a roof from G&S approximately 7 years ago.  It came with a 30+ warranty on the shingles.  Over the past few years, I have had a leak or two which they have always come out and repaired with no cost to me.  About a month ago, I called them because I not only had a leak, but we had detected a softening in the boards under an area of our roof over the garage.  Again, G&S came out.  They went up and examined the roof in that area, determined that there had been a leak there for a little while and had gone undetected till the garage started to leak. They replaced all of the plywood in that area and all of the shingles.  They were here for about half a day working.  After cleaning up, they left a note that they hoped everything was now OK, and if not to give them a call.  All of this at no cost to me.  I just wanted the Angie's list community to know that there is a roofing company out there that stands behind their warranties and work.  it is rare these days and a real blessing when you find a company like this.

Very high quality. It took longer than I expected, but Christmas holidays and bad weather were partially to blame. Most of the time only 1 individual was working on the house, but he was very conscientious and excellent at his craft.
