Description of Work: We remodeled a retail space in downtown Charleston. Franks company moved and added plumbing where needed. The day we were to open we were told our new water heater was not to code and the fastest solution was to replace with another new but different spec water heater. Frank and his team arrived at 7:00 am the next day to make the switch and we were back in business in less than 24 hours. His small team is friendly and helpful. Frank understood my issues with trying to get open and responded every time. He is great about keeping you informed by phone, one of my pet issues.
