Mr. Fava was responsive, returning my email very quickly. We did not use Mr. Fava but the reason why we did not is the reason I give him high marks: after looking at our proposed project he said he did not think it was complex enough to need an architect. He gave us some useful suggestions and ideas and referred us to a contractor who he thought could do the small amount of design work needed along with the actual construction. In this tough economic climate for everyone in the building trades we thought Mr. Fava showed a high degree of professionalism to turn down work when he thought his services were not necessary. When we need larger work done we will definitely call Mr. Fava.

It went well and his work is first rate. He is very careful and meticulous. Budget conscious and very helpful in managing the contractor. He had good creative ideas. He is a very good communicator and also was in touch and easy to reach and speak to. He also has a good relationship with the BAR.
