+ -1 moreArrived on time, worked efficiently, diagnosed correctly, replaced parts, cleaned up nicely, courteous, thorough. Would call "Scott" again for any large appliance repair. Provided itemized invoice which power company honored by reimbursing us immediately.
Description of Work: Replaced ice maker and defrost element destroyed by power surges to our house.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job of keeping my appliances up to par. My oven is about 20 years old and my stove top is 15 years old and they still work like new thanks to them. I also really like that they are a very small company and their service is impeccable.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them in which I pay them through my electrical company to service all of my appliances. The last time they were here they had worked on my Thermodore stove top. The problem I was experiencing was that the burner wouldn't light so they ended up replacing that part. The contract that I have with them is that I pay an extra $18 dollars a month on my electric bill and that covers my washer and dryer, stove top, oven and refrigerator. They do charge a $10 service fee when they come out to do the work.
