Excellent people to work with.

It was such a pleasure to work with these people. I have been trying to get my pool fixed for 3 years. The tech had been working on pools for 30 years and has seen it all. Brought the part the next morning and the pool was working when I got up in the morning. My pool is old and the hot tub is attached and doesn't have bubbles anymore. He is trying find replacements and make it work again. I would definitely recommend Doc's.

My pool was resurfaced a year ago with Doc's Pool Care. A month after the pool was finished the drain cover on the bottom of the pool came off. I called them and was informed that is was too cold to go into the pool and to call them in the spring when the water warms up. During the winter I noticed the paint starting to peel. So in May of this year I called for them to come out and fix my pool. She called me and said they would be out the last Sunday of May. Then called me back and said they couldn't make it. Two weeks went past with no communication. Called her this week 3 times and left messages. She would not pick up the phone or call me back. June 22nd she called me and said that I was being rude in my voicemails which I was not. She told me to get someone else to fix the pool. I explained that they were responsible. I was told the paint flaking I would have to contact the paint company and take it up with them because it was their responsibility. I told them that they were the contractor and it's not my job to go talk to people that they deal with. It cost me over $5,000 to get this pool done and one year later I am high and dry and being told to get somebody else.

Tina and Jeff are truly some of the nicest people I know. Customer service is first rate. Jeff took our winter blackish green pool to swim ready sparkling clean within 24 hours. Another company had told us we needed a new pump ($2k). We didnâ t, it was clogged he had it cleaned out and running within ten minutes. Then he got busy getting it clear and balanced. Came by every day for a few days to check on it and vacuum it. It just made sense to trust them with the cleaning and maintenance. Iâ m happy to turn this chore over to them!

So far so good. We just recently hired them but so far, weâ ve been pleased with their service, price and customer service.

Awful experience with pool cleaning. Never on schedule, chemicals always out of balance, no responses. No longer use them and will continue to warn others any way possible not to use them.

Service not completed yet

The only reason they got a a half of a star was because it was the only option. This company is a joke. Do not hire them whatever you do. They have no understanding of how to install an above ground pool. They attempted to install my pool twice. It had to be taken down the first time. They have put pavers under my pool that have ripped a 2 foot hole in the liner. That now needs replacement separate pool companies have witnessed the distraction and all they could do was shake their head. One was attempting to salvage the pool- even thought in all honesty he knew it couldnt be done and so did I. They have ruined countless events for me, and cost me thousands of dollars for a pool, countless water trips (one of which the owner paid for himself because 5 minutes after it was filled it all had to be pumped back out due to the pool being so terribly unlevel). Sena is a rude vial human being who has no place running a business. They are a hack, and should only be hired if you want your children, friends and family to continuously be disappointed by a pool that can not be used. Under no circumstances should anyone contract them to do anything.

I had struggled with getting my pump to prime for 3 days. I talked with Sena and she sent Chris to my rescue!! He arrived on time and went right to work. He had my pump going in a very short time, and took the time to explain the problem to me and offered other helpfful hints to keep my pool running properly. Sena called me today to make sure things were going okay. That really surprised me. I felt valued as a customer. In this busy world, it's so nice to know Customer Service still matters. I've already told a few people about my experience and will count on Doc's to be my go to for pool service!!

They used minimal sand, when I asked why he didn?t spray the sand with water (not my first pool) he said he didn?t have to because he used a compactor. Now I have 2 divets 12-15 inches long, 3? deep and 3? wide. They refused to fix it because I objected when they said they were going to Charleston to find a homeless person to help. I am a single woman and prefer anyone in my backyard is at least registered with a day labor company. Now I am trying to find and pay someone $600-$700 to fix their failed install. Oh yes, and they threatened me with putting a lien on my house and collections for the final $480 payment even though they did not honor their 30 day warranty. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. Beware.

If I could rate this company ZERO stars, I would! Its been three weeks and my pool looks worse than when they started, they broke my filter then told me they could no longer work on my pool. The receptionist/customer service lady yelled at me on several occasions and hung up on me. Cant believe ANYONE would have anything good to say about this company!!
