The entire team worked hard to find a perfect time around our difficult schedule. We especially want to send a huge thank you to Jamall and Isaiah for their incredible skills getting our large furniture into an already partially packed storage unit. They wrapped everything so carefully and managed to fit every last piece inside. Beautifully arranged and really perfect! Thanks to all of you for the great work, but especially Jamall and Isaiah!!

Overall, it went well. Specific notes on their punctuality: They were late and being college students they didn't have the adequate skills and experience to handle this situation in a manner in which they wanted. They were very polite and extremely nice. They were apologetic and once they arrived they were efficient. The move went well. I spoke with the boys on better ways to handle themselves about customer communications and how sometimes we are late. It happens in life. These were very nice young men and I would hire this company again because overall, they did do a good job.

These young men were responsible, responsive and on time with our move. Partners Jason and Taylor are very perfosssional and handled our antiques with special care and NOTHING was broken or damaged in the move. They went out of their way to answer all my concerns and questions. I think they got a bit tired and were not quite as meticulous at the end of second day as they were in the beginning of our move. But it is hard work in hot weather up and down lots of stairs. Their employees were also careful, cautious and professional. We would use them again for any local move.

Taylor and crew did a great job moving us to our new house. They worked hard and efficiently throughout the day. They were careful and wrapped our furniture. We were impressed with their professionalism and how courteous they were. Overall, Cougar provided a great value and service and I highly recommend them for any move.

Jason and his crew assisted us with unloading an ABF truck into our second floor condo. They were the best movers I have ever used....by far. They were professional and very respectful to me and my wife. We had a couple of large items that were very difficult to get up the stairs due to the design of our entryway and staircase....and this crew made it look easy getting it upstairs. Next time I need movers, there is no question...I will be using Cougar Moving again.

The movers were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond with the care of our items. Several stories of stairs did not seem to faze them! The only drawback was their time estimate; made the move a little more hairy than it should have been; but they pulled it off.. Would definitely use again!

Two guys showed up and really hustled very hard in the RAIN for two plus hours. Very friendly and polite. Top notch service. Very careful. Could not have been better. Would highly recommend

They came on time, moved the furniture and boxes to the new home and completed the job in 2.5 hours. Nothing broke, very professional and it was a pleasure working with them. They thanked me for my business, something I cannot remember the last time a service provider said those words. They are very enterprising College of Charleston Business School Seniors who will certainly do well in the future. I was impressed with their branded vehicle, and I felt the price was to inexpensive for the services they provided so I more than they were expecting. They reluctantly took the extra money and were most thankful. If you like the entrepreneurial spirit and want great service, I recommend the Cougar Moving Company.

We contacted Cougar along with several other companies for an estimate. They were the second to respond. The first to be available for an estimate and had the most reasonable price. The move was from a second floor condo to a single family single floor house but included several large awkward pieces. The owners handled the move themselves and were extremely careful with our furnishings...to the extent that an antique barristers bookcase with leaded glass doors was loaded into a car for transport rather than in the van. All this and they were done in just 3 hours. I would use Cougar again in a heartbeat!!

Cougar Moving came highly recommended to my family by a friend. Taylor and Collin were punctual, courteous, friendly, efficient, and indefatigable. They helped my family move from a second-floor condominium to a house, both on James Island, in one afternoon. The move was complicated by sweltering heat and a monsoon thunderstorm just as we arrived at the destination, but they managed to keep the boxes, furniture, and new home dry throughout. The entire process took slightly longer than anticipated, but not for any lack of efficiency; this may have been due to the fact that we underestimated the amount of stuff we had to move when obtaining a quote via email, rather than having them come over to evaluate the entire apartment before the move. They took great care of our belongings, and we are grateful for their excellent service. Their prices are fantastic. Would certainly hire them again for any move in the area.

Taylor Nelson along with Jason Barman are the owners of this company and my initial contact was with Taylor and ongoing dealings were with him as well. Punctuality, professional, and concern are impeccable. His response time with a quote was 24 hours. These young men are trying to establish themselves as quality movers and they proved themselves to me. After my initial meeting with Taylor, and an agreed upon price and moving date, he requested to come in the day before the move to bubble wrap or other wrapping on furniture that he felt might be possibly damaged in the move. He went overboard on this. If I had moved myself, I would not have taken the precautions he did. He has young, strong and tireless employees working for him. They are also extremely polite. It's and quot;yes sir or no sirand quot;. Very rare these days but very much appreciated. I knew his price was too low and it was a concern but his persona convinced me to allow him to do the move. Four of them worked very hard to get the all day job done. I paid them extra for their attitude and concern and bought the crew lunch. I don't know anyone in the Charleston area that can provide you with same comfort level of confidence that I experienced. HIRE HIM. BTW, there was one incident on my former home that involved sheetrock damage because a sleeper sofa came out and damaged the wall and he was more than willing to acknowledge it as his fault and pay for the damage to be repaired. .I used them about 3 months ago and I am going to use them again. They are very professional and they cover your belongings. They bring the proper amount of people and they are on time. They give you a professional estimate as with my whole house, they detail everything they are going to be moving and they come a day ahead of time to wrap certain things for you.
