Commonwealth Contracting did a renovation on our bathroom that had water damage to a floor and completely did the renovation. Extraordinary service like none that I have ever experienced. On time always, calls if 5 minutes late, quality work for reasonable cost. Very neat. Not a drop of dust left behind. Completed job on schedule. Extremely pleased with the finished project.

We had our downstairs remodeled new cabinets, refurnished hardwood floors, popcorn ceilings scraped. Walls and ceilings painted in Kitchen, stairs, Living Room and powder room. Mike and his crew was awesome from day one until they finished the project. Tim who was the lead on the project "FIRST CLASS" he talked us through the entire project. We received weekly and daily updates. When we start our next big project we will call Common Wealth Contracting. Mike did a total remodel of our kitchen and 2.5 baths. Lots of sheet rock repair, ceiling painting, new cabinets and vanities, appliance installation, great tile work, granite installation and bringing house up to code in various areas. All the while we were in the house cleaning, painting, putting up molding and probably in the way but Mike nor his staff never complained or made us feel uncomfortable . His employees (mostly veterans) and subs were friendly. well mannered and efficient. Mike was responsive to phone calls, texts and questions and was very professional in every way. My wife and I highly recommend Mike Eippert and Commonwealth Construction.

He's conducts his business like it is a business. He does what he says he will do. We have had them in to do two jobs for us and we are pleased with the work he did. He is very personable and we will continue to use his services.

Overall I was very happy. It may have taken a little longer than I thought it should be but it was not their fault. He took time to answer any questions I had
