I called on 12-23-15 to get my on demand fixed as the picture was constantly breaking up for months. After numerous cable box resets, they were going to send out a representative. Never even received a return phone call. My bill went from $150 to $200 over a two months period for no apparent reason. I called again on 1-9-16 to get an explanation, and I could not get anything resolved. When I tried to disconnect I got the run around. I spent 15 minutes waiting the phone and never got a representative. Then I tried online chat. I spent 45 minutes online and never got answers on my bill or the outstanding service call. When I asked to have my service disconnected and for a location to return the cable box, I was referred back to the customer service phone number. I called and was back on hold. I finally gave up. I guess that is how they hope to keep customers. This is how they value a two-year customer. I guess I have to cancel and return a few months later to get a better deal. In addition, my neighbor also has Comcast and pays a lot less of what I pay, got more for her money, and received a $250 gift card.

They suck. About three weeks ago, the service went out again. They should provide better service, in general. When you call them, you want to speak to a person. They're overpriced. They kind of have a monopoly. So, we're kind of screwed over here. You get a recording, you just don't get a real person. When I did speak to somebody, she was very nice.

It works once in a while. You get things that come across. I pay about $110 and there's no premium channels. I got extended basic package with three boxes. The people that you deal with I don't have problems with but the quality of the product was not that good.
