Excellent. Installation was amazing.

Arnie came out and gave his presentation and and price quote. Price in line with other quotes I recieved. He did not want any money upfront. Billy came out a few days later for measurements. 5 weeks later, called to tell us the windows had arrived and set appointment for installation. Guys arrived right on time almost to the minute. Within an hour, the old windows were out and the new windows were in place. Another hour to hour and a half, the windows were secured,caulked and all existing wood was capped. They even capped a bay window that was not replaced. All this accomplished with 4 or 5 guys. These guys are efficient. Cleaned up afterwards, we hardly knew they had been here. Except our home looks great!

Great service! Arnie was very responsive - quick and easy first appointment with good information and recommendations. When the windows arrived, the installation was scheduled in a timely fashion. The crew arrived at 9:00 and were finished by 4:00 - 28 windows. They left the work site neat, and the crew was friendly yet professional. I had a few issues with slight gaps in the caulking. Billy came back and fixed the gaps quickly. From the office, Debbie was always friendly and helpful. Good experience. I would definitely use them again!

I selected this company based upon my observation of their work on my neighbors house. The two days it took them to do the jobs these men began working on my house at 8:30 am, both days. The 18 double hung windows and one bay window were removed and replaced on the first day, including some wood repairs. On day two the old wood porch railing units were removed and a new vinyl-covered aluminum porch railing system was installed on my very large wrap around porch. This group of skilled professionals exhibited such a smooth work ethic in every facet of the work being performed that I was impressed to just watch their true teamwork in action.

A very professional job with zero complaints. The owner, Arnie Levin, met with us and told us exactly how things would go. He delivered on everything he said. The crew is a well oiled machine... arrived in the morning and they finished and packed up by mid-afternoon. Highly recommend this Coastal.

i chose another company, he came out right away did a good presentation but i didn't like his product. he was a little bit pushy, strong sales tactics, but a nice guy.

Billy Clinton and his crew of 5 men replaced all my windows in under 6 hours. They worked hard and did all work as promised. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the place cleaner than how they found it. Money well spent, quality product.

After purchasing a 1960 – built home, a friend, Nancy Whitt, recommended Coastal Siding & Windows (Arnie Levin) from Angie’s list. Arnie visited, measured, consulted windows, resolving issues in the old structured windows & recommended vinyl over Chipped-painted trim; & 23 over 22 windows (1 was large). I was nervous about permiting $20,000 to replacing windows and installing vinyl after having just bought a house with cool financing with an opion service negative couldn't reports impact my home-would not have had to repair homeless. Making this experience a ighly recommended uncommonly established and reputable contractor perform for me and my home such professional and expert appar Craftsmanship. This experience truly helped cure what amounted to two years of veritable Contractor on my other home –where nothing was done properly, completely or professionally. ( Contractors on my e home had also included Angie’s list contractors.)

I was looking for a window company to replace 10 older, inefficient wood-frame windows in my sunroom/kitchen that were on the west side of my house and exposed to afternoon sun. I also had a window in a gable over the front entrance that needed to be replaced. Some of the window frames had rotted due to years of exposure to rain so they definitely had to be replaced. I found Coastal Siding and Windows on Angie’s List and based on the excellent reviews, gave them a call. The company owner, Arnie Levin, came to my house right away and gave me information on Simonton replacement windows and after looking at what needed to be done, gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Arnie was very personable and very knowledgeable since he’s been in the business for many years, so I felt confident he could do a good job. He also noted that his crew was highly experienced and worked very quickly so all the windows could be replaced in less than a day. It took a few weeks for the windows to be manufactured and as soon as they arrived Arnie called to schedule the installation. On the install day, the crew arrived on time and immediately set to work removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The whole job took only half a day and when they were finished I was extremely pleased with the results. The windows look great, I’ll be saving on heating and cooling since they have a solar filter in the glass that cuts down on UV radiation as well as a gas in between the panes, and both the top and bottom sashes can be tilted out of the frame from the inside for easy cleaning. All in all, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Coastal Siding and Windows to anyone looking for window replacements.

The owner came out & explained process, materials, warranty. He was friendly, outgoing, best ended to & answered all questions. Loved the crew – prompt, professional, friendly hard working. Worked entire time while there Forman answered all concerns.

The estimate and first contact was with Arnie, the owner. He is an entertaining guy who gives it to you straight and says what he will do and then follows through! He said there was no need to pay him until they were done because he knew we would be happy and he was right! His crew showed up on time, did a great job, and were quick about it! I have recommended them to neighbors and friends 4 times now and all are as happy as I am!

What wonderful work! Everyone was extremely professional, on time and did exceptional work. They replaced all of our old, drafty wooden windows with beautiful UV protective vinyl windows and replaced our wooden soffits with vinyl. I never have to paint again! My brick rancher looks all new and fancy. I wish I would have called them when I first bought our house!! I couldn't recommend them more. Their prices and quality are far superior than any one else in Charleston.

As he appropriately calls himself, "Uncle Arnie", the owner, Arnie is there for you like a family member. Straight shooting, knowledgeable and friendly. Arnie will sit down with you and go over his sample product in detail with you. His window install crew are local guys, and did an excellent job. Many reviews on Angies list with other window companies will identify less than good installation experiences. The windows are from one of the best manufacturers, Simonton. Bottom line, Arnie does an excellent job managing expectations, communicating, and installing a top of the line window at a competitive price. V/R RC

From the initial consultation to the final clean up of the debris, the project was quick and professional and exactly as described. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Coastal Siding & Windows.

Work seemed "rushed" as if they had to get in and out quickly to get to the next job. Some minor damage was done to the interior window frames by the crew removing 6 of the 11 windows. Billy came back and plastered the places that were slightly damaged. However, we feel if the crew had slowed down and been more deliberate, so many window frames might not have needed fixing. We are left with repainting these areas. As for Coastal Siding and Windows - The Simonton windows are top notch quality and we look forward to savings with heating and cooling costs.

The quote was well below any body else. The crew performing the work were very professional and they replaced every window in my home before noon (7). Very clean and great work. Annie also was able to schedule the work around my schedule which was really important.

I spent a lot of time getting quotes from several companies for replacement of all windows in my home. The larger companies use high pressure sales and had quotes that were triple what I ended up spending. I was very uncomfortable with the "sign today" and the sales show they put on. One actually accused me of doing too much research when I was upset with his quote! The owner of Coastal, Arnie came by for a quote with no BS. He showed me the window he uses and gave me a number that I thought was too good to be true. He owns the company and employs his crew directly. If there are any problems or you have questions, you can contact Arnie directly. That is something that you are not going to get with many other companies. They scheduled only 3-4 weeks later. The crew replaced every window in my home in one morning. Other companies said it may take three days. The crew was courteous and cleaned up afterward. All of them have been in the industry for decades and did a great job. I have only good things to say and would certainly recommend them and I love my new windows.
