the crew did excellent work and the whole job was done in a few days. this was a big project with many windows some of which are quite large. my wife and I are very happy with the way the look of our house was transformed in just a few days.

Excellent, from the initial estimate, to measurement and installation we felt the customer service was outstanding.

Coastal was not the lowest bid but the quality of their product made me select them. Fortunately, the quality of service and professionalism of the crew matches their product. The job was done quickly and the cleanup was so thorough you would never know they were there except for the really good looking windows. This was the most stress free project I have ever had done on my home.

Arnie was great from the start. When his crew showed up. Billy John Wayne Joey & the rest were Fantastic. Went over & Beyond what was required.

They were on time and extremely efficient and professional. We were very pleased overall!! :)

Team of 6 men removed old windows and replaced with new ones. All work done in 3 hours. Men were polite, friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up after.

Our order arrived @ 8am but to my surprise was not my order. Call Arnie & the company that delivered the windows made the mistake. While the company went to get my windows the boys got right to work preparing for the new windows.

The crew were on time & efficient. They were polite and had the entire job done in two days. Billy is very knowledgeable and his men did a great job.

We can't say enough about the Team at Coastal Siding and Windows. After several estimates from other contractors, no shows and inattentive contractors (big box stores shall remain un-named) Arnie (the owner) came to our home as scheduled with Billy (crew lead), bid the job competitively and professionally (we were adding some additional windows so details needed to be worked out - both of them were so patient!) and so we went with them. So glad we did! Debbie in the office is a rock star - quick to respond and keep you updated, Billy and his crew were awesome - very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and fast! Over 20 windows and a two story farmhouse worth of siding in just a few days. They did a great job cleaning up too. There was a slight glitch with ordering a couple of windows but Arnie dealt with it so quickly we hardly noticed. We just wish they did other things too so we could hire them again and again!

I can't give enough praise to every aspect of my experience with Coastal Siding and Windows. I was contacted promptly, provided a clear quote, and shown a sample of the product by Arnie. After signing my contract, everything went without a hitch. I was shocked at how the incredibly experienced, professional, clean, and quick the crew was on installation day. My home looks like a completely different, it's such an amazing change. I've never had such a positive experience with any type of remodeling and only wish my other projects would go like this. Do yourself a favor and go with Coastal; you will not be sorry!

ARNIE WAS ON TIME EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE PRICE WAS GOOD. WHEN THE WINDOWS ARRIVED THEY CALLED & SCH APPT THE INSTL CREW WAS ON TIME - INSTALLED WINDOWS 1ST VISIT - 2ND VISIT INSTALLED DOORS. THEY WERE QUICK & CLEANED UP

Arnie, the owner, Debbie, the office manager, and the work crew were first-rate professionals. The work was completed as scheduled. Clean-up was very well done. I recommended Coastal Siding and Windows to my neighbor, who then hired them.

Beautifully! Arnie called the same day that I requested an estimate. Upon arrival he showed me his identification, his credentials and those of his business, and information about the Simonton Windows Comany and the types of windows available. I had already researched Simonton Windows and knew they were a good product and had learned that Coastal Siding and Wimdows was a reliable business with integrity. He also brought a list of customers with addresses in my neighborhood who had purchased windows from him - Including my right and left next-door neighbors! He measured all of the windows and wrote a detailed estimate of the price. I signed the estimate. Arnie explained that the windows would have to be ordered, how long it would take for them to be delivered as well as the approximate time for installation. He said another man from Coastal would be coming to confirm the accuracy of Arnie's measurements. Result: The measurements were correct but there were actually 14 windows instead of Arnie's count of 13 windows. ( I had thought 13 was the correct number as well, and had to do several recounts to confirm 14.). The price was actually $6,300 instead of the $6,000 estimate - completely understandable. The crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently and did an excellent clean up.

The whole process went very well from the bid to installation. I really appreciated that this company has the same local crew who have been with this company for many years. The installation crew were on time and did a great job installing my new windows that Coastal Windows had fabricated. Will use them again to finish the remaining windows and highly recommend.

They came the same day I called and were very prompt and informative. It turned that they couldn't do the work, but they told me the next steps and who to reach. It was very good.

Fast easy process for set up and installation, they did a great job. Time will determine real quality, however right now we're extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Great-on time, speedy, great clean-up.

Price was fair and scheduling was on time. When crew arrived they were very fast to complete the work, they brought the wrong color trim but went back and got the correct color no problem. only issue was some trim was not completed and no response after calling to get corrected. still not corrected at this time.

Annie did an excellent job on showcasing the window he sells. I was also able to see the quality of his work as many of my neighbors have used him. I ended up choosing a different window and would have gone with coastal siding if that did not work out. Coastal is an excellent company with an excellent reputation and all my neighbors were pleased with the work he did,

It went very well. The very experienced crew was in and out in one day (27 windows). I appreciated that the team removed the blinds and rehung them after the install.

Coastal was by far the quickest to respond when a quote was requested , I was a little worried that with the quick response this might be a bad sign, but was i fooled. Arnie arrived at the appointed date and time with a very knowledge presentation of a quality product. The installer arrived the next day for measurements and the delivery date was spot on. the day of installation the crew arrived at 10:00 am as a early morning rain shower had us wondering if installation would be possible on that date. Installation went uneventful. The crew was professional, no dilly dallying and cleaned up old torn out windows as they removed them. I told my husband the crew worked like a well oiled machine. it is very obvious that this crew has done this work for a long time (i was told by one over 23 years). Everyone was professional and informative and were not one bit anxious that i looked over everyone's shoulders as they worked. I was told i would need to be home for the installation and figured that was because they would be in my house in every room all at one time. No way was that the case. the crew worked from the outside and only one of the crew, the crew head, was in my house, I had been nervous about all the blinds having to be removed or the shutters but blinds that needed to come down were removed by the installers and replaced and not one shutter had to be removed. Beautiful work and Arnie arrived after the install for his check because no funds were required up front. I discover after the contract and after the install that this crew had done work for friends of ours so we all have quality workmanship and a quality product to last a long time and the cost allows us an opportunity to enjoy a dinner together because it did not deplete our funds. Thank you Coastal you're the best. As my husband says, fast , efficient and an excellent product.

All work was done to total satisfaction. The windows are top quality and the workmanship is excellent. I had tenants in some of the units while the work was going on and the crew disturbed them very little. All my tenants are now very happy with their much lower electric bills.

We are three post customers of Arnie over a 20 year period. He did our siding in 1999 and recently replaced all of our windows. He has an excellent crew working for him. Amie always does what he says he will do. We highly recommend him and coastal to all our friends.
