They were awesome. They showed up on time, answered all my questions, demonstrated how to use and clean my new windows. They told me about the warranty information as well. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

They were awesome. They totally stun me. They came in at 8am and finished the job by 12pm. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

They did a fabulous job at a fabulous price. Truly deserving of all the great reviews. Don’t even consider the Big Box guys. Small independent businesses do a better job installing and they even beat the price.

I have called them several beginning on April 20, 2007 and each time they did not show up when promised and didn't call either. When i called again they told me that one of their employees was in the hospital and that I would have to wait several weeks for them to come back to work. The last time was Jan 4 2020 w hen they promised to come look at the window and never showed up or called to say why they didn't come. I am not going to do business with them ever again. I' m looking for another company. at present to get my window fixed.

It went exactly how Arnie said it would be done. He came to the house, gave us a quote. Told us no money collected until after the work was done. He told me when they were coming to replace/install the windows. They showed up on time. They were done in a few hours and you would never know they were in my house or outside. Everything was left the way they found it. No mess or trash left anywhere. We were very pleased and would recommend Coastal Siding and Windows. We'd be happy to speak with anyone interested in using their services.

I wish I was not home to see the removal and installation, they used a saw, big screw driver and hammer to remove the old windows. Looked like a hurricane hit the house, large wood splinters, uneven wood. Then they covered it all with nice white facing, the crew was very experienced and worked very hard but I feel should have done a nicer job before just covering it over. No one will know what is under the facing except the workers and myself. (Probably would have added five minutes to each window.) They installers were very skilled but I will remember what was covered up with metal facing.

The crew of 5 were at our home for just under 4 hours, all were fast, efficient and professional. We could not be more pleased with their quick and wonderful work. They were all very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We will highly recommend to hire them to replace windows.

The whole job was handled quickly and professionally. The owner of the company, Arnie, was very attentive to our needs and personally visited us to see what we required and ensure that the job was done right. They did a real super and fantastic job. They had years of experience and were very polite and professional. The salesman was nice as well! They even went above and beyond and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Overall, the removal and install of the window project went well. Arnie quoted a fair price and the team installed professionally on time. I did have to wait over 3 months after windows were installed for a round brick mold that was an odd shape. Unfortunately, that's where the positive part of this review ends. I've had a picture window fog up and it's been excruciating trying to get Arnie or Debbie to take care of the warranty replacement. I understand that windows fail but it's been 3 months (began April 18th) since I reached out to them about the issue and still no resolution. I've had to call, text and email trying to get an answer of when the glass package will be installed. They can't do the work themselves so have a sub-contractor that they've hired to do the work. Instead of managing the problem themselves...they expect me to track down their sub and get the problem taken care of. Unprofessional. I personally have called, texted and emailed their sub since June 4th and still have a fogged window. Why and I having to do this when it's their sub-contractor and their warranty issue?

It was such a pleasure meeting Arnie with Coastal Siding & Windows, Inc. He was so helpful during this process. He answered any and every question we had and always made himself available. Everything he told us from start to finish how things will happened exactly went that way. His crew is amazing and very professional. They work together like a well oiled machine. They started at 7:45 am and was done by 11:00 am that was including all clean up and going back in my house hanging back up my blinds and curtains. We cannot wait to complete the house with the siding. And will always recommend Coastal Siding & Windows, Inc. Patty V

Mr. Levin and his whole team were more than helpful and responsive. The window crew showed up on time and replaced our windows perfectly, they look great! We are still impressed by the quality and attention to detail the team displayed. We are definitely going to use them in the future if we ever need to replace our siding. Arnie Levine and all the people on the window replacement team were amazing. We had 32 of our windows replaced in out home on Daniel Island with Simonton High-velocity hurricane zone stormbreaker windows. I went through months of research and went though the trouble of getting 7 quotes. Not only was Coastal siding the best quote, they were also the most responsive, attentive, and thorough company that I met with. Arnie never tried to pressure me or sell me anything I didn't need. They provided me with multiple references and came out to meet me at a prior job they had done to show me how the process worked. On the day of the installation, the team was absolutely amazing. They operate like a well oiled machine and were completely respectful of my house, worked incredibly hard, described everything they were doing in detail, and cleaned up the house afterwards. It was an impressive site to see. Multiple neighbors commented on how quickly the installation process went. I did far more research and due diligence than I needed to do, and ultimately could not have been happier with my experience working with Coastal Siding. I highly recommend them.

I love my new windows! Arnie was very helpful advising and guiding me to the 'look' I wanted. His team was very professional. They went above and beyond; working around and moving the unpacked boxes that were stacked up. The pricing was very competitive with a great same as cash finance option. Coastal Siding and Windows did an exceptional job of replacing the windows in my 1964 brick ranch home. They replaced 12 windows in 2 hours, including clean-up. The team was amazing and worked like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend this company, not only for price, but for the job done.

Coastal did a great job. They did more than the contract called for. They had a six man crew, came out, cut in the windows, they work together really well. The owner is a man of his word. I was impressed and I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them.

Arnie and his crew did an excellent job. They delivered exactly what they offered and were timely and very efficient. The quality, quickness and neatness of the install was great and the windows look wonderful. They left the house looking like it did when they arrived. Arnie was always timely, he showed up when he said he would ad delivered what he promised. I have tenants in the home who do home repairs for a living and they were so impressed they said they would definitely use Coastal Windows on their own jobs and would highly recommend them to others.

Great. Crew arrived as scheduled about 830am and were finished by 1130. I did not think possible so had cancelled 1 pm hair appointment. Crew of 5 and all materials on site as scheduled, took out 16 original windows from 1986 and insralled 16 beautiful double pane tilt out Simington windows. Ernie came couple of hours later to ask how it went, bring warranty papers and be paid. Excellent work!

Coastal Siding & Windows is absolutely top notch. They replaced the windows on our first and second floors a couple of years ago, and did an excellent job, so we, of course, gave them a call for this additional work. This company operates like a well-oiled machine. From the office manager, to the owner (who comes out to provide the estimate), to the fellows who actually come out to do the work, everything went as smooth as silk. The work was initially scheduled for a morning when it rained, but due to this being up-high work, they had to re-schedule. (Too dangerous to be on those high ladders and on the roof with everything wet.) Instead of waiting until she got to work to give me a call, the office manager called early from her home to let me know that they would have to re-schedule. This was as a courtesy to me so that I could go ahead and plan my day accordingly. When the installers came a couple of days later, they arrived right on time. They were hardly out of their vehicles before they were assembling their equipment, and in a matter of minutes, they were working on getting the old windows out of the frames. They did an excellent job, did it quickly, and didn't leave one scrap of anything in their wake. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. It was truly a pleasure doing business with these folks.

The man who called was very pleasant, but he would not replace ONLY one window. My other windows are adequate and I offered to wait, but he said NO to replacing only one window. He referred me to a handyman service, but I would prefer to have someone who is skilled in window replacement, because I want to maintain the appearance and value of my older home. No one seems to be interested in small jobs.

I am extremely happy with the work that was performed. The price & quality was EXTREMELY competitive but what won me over was the honesty & knowledge of the owner! I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner looking for window replacements and/or siding!!

The owner of the business met with me rather quickly to discuss window options for my house. Once I chose the windows, he placed the order. The windows arrived quickly and a team of workers quickly replaced 11 windows in about 4 hours in February of 2018. I was told some of my vinyl siding may be damaged but they would also replace that. I never received a phone call back about my replacement vinyl siding that was damaged. I constantly contacted the company over a 6 month period to remind them about the siding needing to be fixed. As of now (August 2018), no one has bothered to come and fix the siding. The company did great work in beginning but disappointed me after the fact.

It started slow on the rip out and rain didn't help. With the work that was accomplished the job was completed in three days. Excellent workmanship. Results were outstanding.
