Arnie, the owner, came over on a Sunday to give us a quote. This was perfect as I work during the week and have a hard time being home to meet sales people. He was knowledgable and did not try to up sell us. I appreciated that. The work was performed by Billy and his crew. Surprise - they told us we did not need one of our windows replaced. Integrity right off the bat. Fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

He was fabulous. The whole experience, everything was great. The people he has working for him are the same ones that have been working with him since he opened. The owner came out afterwards to check on the work. He did not even ask for any money up front. The cost was less than Pellet Windows. I told him what I wanted, he went out and measured. It was all over the phone.

Great experience. The men got right to work, were on time. The clean up was perfect. We've already contracted for another job to be done.

From the estimate to scheduling to installation Coastal was excellent to work with. I had limited time to meet and make the vendor selection. After another window company could not make the appointment, a call to Coastal had Arnie showing up within an hour. He reviewed the work and came up with an estimate. I chose Coastal to do the work later that day and Arnie came back the same day to sign the deal. The work was scheduled to be done weeks before the other window companies would commit to installation. The crew was excellent. They arrived when scheduled and completed the job the same day. There work quality was excellent. At the time of installation a screen was missing. They told me of the problem, committed to resolve it and continued to keep me updated on its status.

We had used Coastal previously for installation of vinyl window replacements and were very satisfied with the work. So, when we discovered a damaged soffit, we decided to call them and get an estimate for repair - and installation of vinyl (to replace the old wood). The owner, Arnie, came by the next day with an estimate, and although he estimated two weeks before work could begin, they were able to start the job a week earlier than expected. The same workers (supervisor Billy) that installed the windows arrived - on time - and completed the entire job in two days. Despite the heat, they worked continually, with only one short break. The guys were very professional, and at the same time friendly and willing to answer my questions about the project and maintenance. Arnie stopped by the second day to check on the job and be sure that we were satisfied with the new soffits and siding. When the job was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up - not a scrap left behind. I'm very happy with the job they did. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to any of my friends. I believe the amount charged was reasonable, though, to be honest we didn't shop around for other bids (having gotten a good price and excellent work on the previous window replacement job they did for us).

Once the windows arrived he made an appointment to install the windows. The crew was prompt and very efficent. The crew removed all the wood and installed the new vinal windows. Eleven new windows were installed. The work was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a anything behind. I would absolutely recommend this company for window work. We are very happy with our windows.

Doors and windows done in under 4 hours no trash left anywhere The men were professional and polite, worked very well together, and knew what they were doing. My house looks great and we've even had people stop by asking who did the work. Coastal Siding does great work and should the need arise in the future we know who to call.

The project is to begin in a week and while the project is larger ($1500) the long term benefits are quite obvious..

We contacted three companies for estimates to replace all of the windows on our home. Coastal Siding & Windows was the last company we met with. The owner, Arnie Levin, came by to give us a bid. After sitting through two other rather long presentations (complete with heat lamps and some over-the-top demonstrations), it was a relief to talk with Arnie. He explained his product and gave us a bid in less than 30 minutes - which happened to be $300 less than the previous lowest bid (and nearly $3000 less than the next). Arnie answered all my questions clearly, and reponded to phone calls right away. The foreman, Billy, came by the next day to get measurements, and two weeks later the crew showed up to install. They were professional and highly efficient - the job was completed in one day. They even removed and reinstalled all of the blinds - and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Arnie came by again that afternoon after the job was completed to check out the work and be sure that we were happy with the results. The windows are great. I enjoyed doing business with Coastal, and will call them when I'm ready to replace the siding and soffets on the house.

We have had a lot of nice comments from our neighbors. I would recommend them to anyone. The man that came out and showed us all the products, owns the business. All of his workers are very good. When they are here, they work. They work very hard. They know what they are doing. I feel like I got my money's worth.

Prompt service, completed in two visits as we miscounted windows, and last window had to be ordered and installed later. Installers were polite, helpful, and professional. There was very minor damage to old window facings on a couple of windows and a few caulking "smears." The windows function well and look great. Areas were cleaned after work was completed. All stickers were removed. The cost did seem a little high compared with some I had read about, but I would use this company again due to the pleasant and efficient installation and the overall results.

owner over saw entire project and was easy to work with and dicker on price as needs for project changed. They respected that I was a shift worker and didn't keep me awake. My husband arranged all work and job with owner and reached an agreement on price and services...I just happened to be home when most of work was being done. Cleaned up after themselves too.

The workers were very professional. They aswered all my questions. They were prompt and worked everyday until the job was finished. They seemed very skilled and careful with every detail. They cleaned everything up before leaving.

Once I called them, they came out very quickly and provided an estimate. Once I accepted the proposed work, they ordered the windows and came out the next week to install them. The installation went very smoothly. They were done in about 3 hours. Good windows and good work. Maybe on the expensive side, though ($400 each, installed). I would use them again if I needed more windows replaced.

The windows are nice quality, and I feel secure with their warranty. The only thing I was little unhappy with was some of the windowsills and trim were damaged in the replacement process - however, I think this comes with the territory in an older house. All in all, the crew replaced the windows fast and efficiently and they look great and have helped cut down my heating and cooling bills.

Coastal Siding did what I needed them to do and what I hired them to do. They completed the job in a day, but when I had a question about one tiny part of the job, they came back the next day and redid that part to my satisfaction without hesitation. All of the installers were polite and professional.
