I called and talked to Arnie, the owner. He was apologetic and said that he could not charge me enough to just replace one window. They may be good for larger jobs, but for smaller repairs they are not interested. They were very nice, but I had to give them a C for not even wanting to give me a quote.

I was given a concise, inclusive estimate. The crew arrived on time and were very capable. They were very polite to me and to my neighbors who had questions. When finished, they did a great job of cleaning up. The work was precise and professional. It was one of the best experiences I have had with home improvement.

Prompt service for estimate, installation. Installers were very professional and did a great job. Arnie stays on top of the job and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied! Would recommend in a heart beat! Very happy with the work that was done. Arnie goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done just right!

Wonderful job! Arrived precisely at 9am and installed all windows. Respectful inside and outside of my home and Urnie, the sales rep, came to inspect midway through and made sure everything was/is to our satisfaction. Very pleased.

These people came out, gave a quote and actually did what they said they would. This was the best company I have dealt with in 20 years. In my opinion, they need to come to NC and do some work here.

From beginning to end, Arnie and Debbie were attentive and detailed. We had multiple discussions to be sure that just the right product was ordered. We walked through what to expect on the day of installation. We scheduled two days for install but it ended up only taking one day to do the whole job. The installers were on site on time and ready to get to work! We would highly recommend this company as they take care of you and really care about your experience!

Arnie was very responsive and gave me a great price on my windows. Billy listened to what I wanted for door replacement and ordered exactly the right thing. The crew showed up on time and did the work quickly. All were friendly and did a great job in a rather limited work area. The finished product is beautiful! I am very pleased.

Owner Arnie Levin was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He arrived with a three page list of homes in my area where the company had done similar work. He outlined all of the work involved and gave me detailed information on the products that he installs. The quote for the work was very competitive. He also offered to include any repair work that might be discovered while performing installation at no additional charge - such as replacing any existing sections of rotten wood. This was significant to me because my house currently has cedar siding that is subject to rot. Contractors were on site in less than three weeks after meeting with Arnie. Work was completed in only four days. I was completely blown away with the completed work. The house looks like new. And the best part is that now my house is almost completely maintenance free....no painting, no worrying about rotten wood. I have an added layer of insulation that should help reduce my energy costs. This was definitely a valuable investment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or siding. You will not be disappointed.

I had painted/repaired my 1979 built home 3 times. Now my aging (like me, lol) home's T-111 needed more work than I wanted, or could, do. Got a good offer from Coastal and the work started in about 4 weeks. The owner (Arnie) and the "crew" were professional and their work ethic was great. On time, on budget and on my "would hire them again" list. The results were better than I hoped for!

Arnie, the owner, is a funny little man who cares very much about making his customers happy. He helped arrange financing and actually ran ahead of schedule when getting to us on his waiting list. The crew we got, Billy and his guys, were amazing. We have an oddly designed house that didn't phase them one bit. It took 3 days to do the just from start to finish. The crew was pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. We plan to use Coastal again for new windows in the future.

They were wonderful. We haven't had a single problem with the siding or trim. The siding had the insulation already on it so it was a little pricey. They guy came out everyday to inspect and make sure it was done right. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. It took about 2 or 3 days to get it done.

Supervisor came out ahead of time and measured for windows and explained how things would work. When we needed to be home and when we didn't. All workers showed up on time and were very professional. Work was done extremely well and they even offered to hang new outside lights if we made them available. Yard was cleaned up very well. It was a great experience. Owner came out several times to check on project and even came several weeks after finishing. Nice company that I would recommend to anyone wanting quality work at a good price.

Arnie contacted me immediately upon receipt of my information. The only day I could meet was a Sunday and he agreed to meet me which was very convenient for me. Arnie is the owner of the company and was very knowledgeable about siding and windows which gave me a feeling of confidence that the job would be done correctly. He provided the best price to meet my budget, explained everything and schedule the job to begin in approximately 2-weeks from signing the contract. His team began on time and the entire team was very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job and my home looks like a brand new home even though it is 55 years old. The owner is Arnie. He was very hands owns and punctual in responding to our needs. He explained exactly how it would work and understood exactly what we were looking for. We had one door that he did not have in his catalogue so I found a picture of one we wanted and he found exactly what we were looking for. His team of installers got here around mid morning and by 5 o'clock they were leaving having finished. They were exacting in their installation, very professional and worked steady all day. They cleaned up and it was like they were never here. I would not hesitate to hire this group again. I cannot express enough how very pleased I am with the whole experience. When I get ready to put siding on my house I WILL call on Arnie and his team. I will look no further.
