Description of Work: These guys were amazing, I have 24 windows on my two story house. They swooped in here first thing in the morning, and to my amazement, were done and out shortly after lunchtime! They were pleasant and professional. I walked the yard after they left and found less than a handful of snips of aluminium or other scraps (although, guys and gal, pick up your cigarette butts after yourself! please!) The windows are as described, and they hauled away my old windows. Overall, I have to recommend these folks. The only negative thing I would say is that they caulked around the window blind brackets on the windows. That is not kosher (threw that in for you Arnie!) and I am going to have to go back take down the brackets and re-caulk them all.

Description of Work: Coastal replaced a bow window on the front of my house. I called them to set up an appointment for an estimate. Within 45 minutes Arnie Levin the president of Coastal was in my house giving me that estimate. I had several estimates from several companies to do this work. Mr. Levin was the only person that did not try some sales scheme to sell me a window. He explain what would need to be done, showed me the window he wanted to install and gave me a good price. His installation crew were professionals and did a great job installing the window. My wife and I could not be happier.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows( 24 )in home.Reported at scheduled time on Monday with a crew of six and went straight to work. worked non stop on an extremely hot day to remove, replace, trim and caulk all windows inside and out. Cleaned every speck of residue and trash so it looked like they were never here. Extremely satisfied with finished presentation of my new windows.Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I spoke with them and got advice for my client, who I am representing as a Realtor. The conversation was on fogged windows because of broken seals. They were both very helpful and I had confidence they knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: The work, itself, was done professionally and swiftly. The siding and windows look amazing. More importantly, though - there's no jerking the customer around. I was quoted a price, and they stuck by it. No change requests, no escalation, just what was quoted. May not make them the cheapest, up front, but it will likely make them very competetive once you cut the check.

Description of Work: nothing but be unprofessional......I had just had my house painted by rhino shield and he had nothing but bad things to say about the product and service that I could expect in the years to come.

Description of Work: The installers arrived late but went right to work. Some of the workers seemed to be in need of close supervision to do their jobs. They cleaned up most of the debris when leaving. I have had two episodes of problems. First two of the windows leaked air around the perimeter. They fixed it within a week. Don't know what the issue was. The second issue is the window security latches came out of the sashes on one or both sides. Not their problem but manurfacturer. They have ordered new sashes. Overall, Arnie the owner, and his on site foreman are up front, get it done, and the price was right. Would use them again.

Description of Work: This is a fantastic company. Arnie is the owner and he has his own crew which was superb! They installed 19 windows, some which were very large. It was cold that day but the crew's expertise in installing didn't even seem to affect the temperature in the house. They cleaned up with an A+, were fun to talk to and Arnie even brought me some bread from the Deli. The only downside is that they all need to communicate with each othe a litte better ( Arnie, the office and the crew). I am very happy and pleased with the job! GOT TO LOVE ARNIE!!!!
