He has some very very serious health issues, so I had some problems with follow up on some minor things I wanted taken care of, but now that he is kind of back in the groove and all that stuff has been okay. Actually I am having a repair taken care of on Friday. We have been in the home for seven months and no cracks, no crevasses, only that good stuff. So everything is going well so far and like I said initially I was a little discouraged because there was some trouble with follow up, but then I found out he was in the hospital for several months with some serious health issues, so that is not really a fair assessment. I saw him just last week and everything has been good so far. We had him build a custom home, he did not build one of his regular homes for us, so just a few things that I expected did not get kind of a thing, but I think it was probably because I did not ask.
Description of Work: Coastal Cottages of South Carolina actually built my house and we are in the home and he is coming through with all the repairs and so forth that he was going to do, so far so good.
