After interviewing 4 reputable Flooring companies, I was immediately certain that Traci and Collin were the best choice for our particular needs. A 16 year- old heart pine floor downstairs had already been refinished upon our move-in 7 years ago. However a kitchen remodel exposed significant areas of never-refinished wood which could not be matched to existing floors. The only option was a 2nd go-round---with attention to preserving the floor's integrity. The team at CMH custom-mixed a beautiful, modern "Cypress" stain; about 6 floorboards were fully replaced. Traci procured a small bundle (+$800) so that in our finished result the new h.p. boards blended seamlessly. Though the golden and reddish brown hues of heart pine felt appealing in a previous home, this stain created a clean look that modernized and brightened the entire first floor of our home! CMH returned a couple months later to match up floor treads on a 2-story stairway. A major reason for 5 stars: Showing up when dates are set, returning to tweak grooves that needed a filler, and overall cost--which was mid-range among the 4 I obtained. Traci is a wonderful, friendly and professional coordinator/estimator for CMH. Collin is highly skilled and quick to respond during the process.

We purchased a fixer-upper, and CMH was recommended by our realtor. They removed existing flooring and installed new hardwood and tile throughout our home. Colin and Traci were consummate professionals during the entire process. They coordinated their activities with our general contractor and us, were responsive throughout, and were always reliable. CMH actively participated in problem-solving when there were schedule changes. We had a couple of supplier issues that CMH handled more than fairly, and we would recommend them to anyone.

They came at 8:20am and didnâ t leave until they were done at 6:10pm. They were very hard workers and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and I would use them again if I have more flooring to be done

Has yet to finish the job! I have text messages, pictures, and documentation that show he was suppose to be finished by now, yet I'm still waiting. Hole still in my wall he hasn't fixed, second toilet wasn't installled and I had to pay someone else to install it, and he said he would reimburse me, still waiting. DO NOT PAY he before you personally inspect and verify that the job was completed as required.

Great experience with CMH Flooring. From beginning to giving us a quote, selecting tile, demolition and install everything was performed on time when stated and final remodel was absolutely beautiful. We plan on using them in the future for flooring needs.

The entire experience was very professional, prompt and everyone we worked with from the initial consultation with CMH to the actual work that was done by the 2 contractors was a very wonderful experience. We are so satisfied with the finished project. Would definitely recommend CMH to others.

You can't go wrong hiring this company. I live in Michigan and needed flooring for a home in Charleston SC. Upon visiting the area, they met with me and coordinated everything. When I went to pick out flooring at the store, the salesman even knew Traci and Collin and said how good they were to work with.

CMH Flooring was great to work with! I received multiple quotes and they came in with the best pricing and included all the protective materials needed for my shower. When I was short on tile, they were there to help me find more in a short notice. Traci and her team were responsive, attentive, and organized! Working in the plumbing field, I would recommend them for any tile work!

Traci from CMH flooring did an exceptional job working with my wife and I on our patio project. She was personable and professional. The installers were top notch. Their workmanship exceeded our expectations.

Owner was very professional yet easy to talk too. Collin was knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring and gave us realistic ideas of what we could do. We chose bamboo flooring to go over our tile floors, it came out spectacular. Local company starts with Lumber said we would have to pour 1 inch of liquid leveling compound over tile or rip out tile ridiculous!!! Collin said just use a good pad it will come out great and it did! Thanks CMH flooring will recommend to family & friends!

We faced a whole-house flooring install, along with removal of carpet and tile. CMH Flooring, Inc. handled the entire project seamlessly, from measuring for material to prep to install. The project went smoothly and efficiently, and we are so happy with how the finished flooring and stairs look and feel. The entire CMH team was great to work with.

What a GREAT company! From the quote to the finished job, they were EXCELLENT!! If I could give them more that 5, I would in a heartbeat! Our floors turned out GORGEOUS, there were no surprises when it came to cost, they showed up on time, finished when they said they would and walked/talked us through every step. If I ever need flooring of any type done, you can bet that I ll hire them again!!

They damaged our wallpaper in 4 places. We have no more wallpaper to repair it. Have to hire someone to remove the wall paper and pay them - another expense! CMH Flooring manager is coming tonight to look at the damage.

They are fast.... -heard for Collin w/in 1 day of going on line requesting install. -easy to pick out flooring & ease in paying for service. -got job in less than 2 weeks of the request -installers were professional, courteous and fast/efficient. I ve already recommended them to a neighbor

Sanded and stained the hardwood floors in our new house. Overall did a fantastic job, provided great support and answered all our questions. They even provided additional staining samples to help us decide the best color!
