+ -1 moreCharlestowne was supposed to do it but instead he hired anybody he could get. He hired someone straight from the Army who left the job early and just left the paint. What he was saying was impossible. He did not sand the area before putting on the primer, did not finish the work, and overcharged us. He wants it to be fast and wants a lot of money up front. After a year the paint was already peeling. He thought he could handle anything and he was a terrible jack of all trades. I think he knew how to paint, he just did not do it.
Description of Work: Charlestowne painted our house. His job was to paint the porch and our storage unit.
