We are a family owned business servicing the tri-county area. We are located in Charleston, SC. Our company specializes in interior repairs such as: painting, molding repair, Vinyl plank flooring installation, light fixture replacement, door replacements, basically all interior work. We do not repair HVAC or Major electrical. We do install lights, switches and outlets. We pride ourselves on being prompt, efficient and clean. We will never leave a home dirty after a job. If we do a good job for you, we will hopefully get a referral. And that is our main goal

We specialize in Rental Turnovers. We will clean out and repair the interior of your rental home or apartment. Work with you to put together a punch list of repairs needed. We will give you an itemized list of supplies and labor.

Services we don't offer

HVAC, Major electrical work, Major plumbing work. We do handle minor electrical such as light fixtures, fans and switches. We also change faucets and handle minor plumbing repairs.
