Description of Work: We had a 20 yr. old front porch and steps. Mark and his crew followed our design and created a beautiful new porch and steps to our stick built home on James Island. Always on time, very professional, nice guys, did a great job at a fair price. We are very picky people. They were really excellent.

Description of Work: Removed old shower and installed a new tile shower with a frameless glass door. Also removed the old floor tile and replaced the new tile. They set up drop cloth for protection on the floors and removed all debris. I supplied the floor and shower tile, so the price was for labor and other needed materials. I was very pleased with the work, the workers were on time each day, and all were professional in their work.

It has now been about four years since the remodel and there is still nothing I would change about the remodel. Many of my Bed and Breakfast guests have also given high praise to the design of the home. I highly recommend Mark and his company to others.

 + 1 moreThe deck had to have architectural drawings to comply with Charleston County permit regs. Alex hooked us up with an architect to do the drawings and was diligent in going through permit process and doing the job to specs. We were on a tight timeline to have job completed for a wedding celebration and despite many rain delays, he got the job done. We are very happy with the deck. It was built well. He was very attentive to any concerns on our part and worked with us as well as any construction company we have ever used. We would recommend him to our friends.
Description of Work: Replace an existing 20 X16 trilevel deck with one level deck and pergola attached to home on pilings.

Description of Work: In December 08 I used Charleston Remodeling Inc to do some remodeling my kitchen, the living room, the garage, and two bathrooms. They also did a little bit painting also. It cost me $50000.
