I bought a house recently that had ugly yellow walls throughout so I wanted to have them painted professionally. Especially since the main living room and dining room areas have 20ft ceilings. There was no way I was going to attempt that myself. Just too much work. So I contacted Jason after reading his reviews on google. I have to say from start to finish.. this guy is top notch. Not only did his employees do an excellent job, he stayed in touch with me throughout the process and kept me informed about the timeline. His price never went up from what he quoted and he completed the task when he said they would. Awesome job guys! I would recommend them to anyone. Worth the money :)

Couldn't be happier with the results, I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for paint work of any type. My neighbors came over to get cards from them to have work done also. These guys worked day and night literally to Finnish the job on the day the quoted, fighting heat and rain they got it done. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Got a very timely response to request for estimate. Received detailed quote at an extremely reasonable price. Job started as scheduled and all needed repairs, prep, and painting were professionally completed as requested in two days. Most impressed with painters willingness to address my knit-picking concerns and ensure total satisfaction with work.

This was the best experience with a contractor that I've ever had! Jason Bean contacted me within a day of me posting my request and set up an appointment to appraise my job. He was also quick to answer my calls and emails. By that afternoon I had an estimate, which was very reasonable. Next, Brian Minzey came on board to get things rolling--VERY easy to talk to, we went over specifics of the job: pressure-washing, scraping and prep work, and the actual paint job, with a promise of finishing within a week. Their team was efficient and personable, came on time, did a beautiful job, and finished in less time than expected, cleaning up after themselves and even repairing some small areas of rotten wood. They were very professional. Went above what was expected.

That was good. It was nice to see the cooperation between the two guys. When the electrician came to move the light, he had carefully used a hole saw to make the new hole. He saved a little circle that came out of the ceiling and the Charleston Paint Masters guy was able to plaster the little hole in to the one that was left from moving the light. It was like a custom made parch with the same circumference. That made it easier for everybody. They painted the ceiling; after they plastered, they came back the next day and cleaned it. It was excellent work all around.

Jason was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a prompt estimate. His crew did an excellent job, kept the work area clean and did a professional job. I'm very pleased with the job that Charleston Paint Masters did. I'd recommend their service to anyone.

The guy who came was pleasant but didn't really attempt to sell us on his work or his company. Also, their bid came in more than $2,500 over the three other painters we quoted from Angie's List. Based on their high quote and the quote experience, I wouldn't waste my time calling them again.

First, I was given two quotes of $800 to do the interior cabinets. The cabinets and doors were painted with that lacquer paint and the doors and drawers are made of MDF. I was told the doors and drawers and cabinets would have to be sanded and it would be two coats of primer and 2 to 3 coats of paint. Quote of $1585.00 from Charleston Paint Masters. The way it was described it was a major job. I researched several painters on Angie's list and they had the best rating. My husband and I decided to use them. Make a long story short. There is a product that took the paint off the cabinets, doors and drawers so there was no sanding needed nor any major prep work or primer needed. It took Mr. Don, who is very good and very professional, less than 3 hours the first day and less than an hour the next. I contacted Jason and explained my concern about how I felt the job was over quoted because it was not as major of a job as was anticipated. He listened to what I had to say and said he agreed there was some miscommunication and reduced the price to $800, which was, given the time ,exactly what you would pay a professional painter per hour. I was and am extremely happy with the work and the fact that they were very fair and professional in the way the matter was handled. The exterior windows look much better than they did before and I am very pleased with the work. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Was going to get 3 estimates for exterior house painting- Jason Bean was the only one who answered the phone & set the appointment promptly. One company didn't even show up and never called to change appointment. One company didn't return call. After reading reviews decided on getting one estimate from Jason. My husband said "it was about right" we have a large home with a lot of trim and decking. Very professional company. One man to do the estimates and one man to discuss paint. The crew were on time every morning at 7am. Great bunch of guys, worked very hard and really enjoyed getting to know them. They even helped me take out the trash cans and bring them back. We are very happy with the results/a supervisor checks periodically on work progress. They finished within a few days of the deadline, hampered only by the rain. Will put on extra men when needed. It was a stress free experience

Jason (owner) was quick to come out to see the space that I wanted painted and provided an emailed quote within 24 hours. After I signed the contract, he was able to schedule the job just a few weeks out. The crew was quick and efficient, yet professional and did an amazing job. The men were friendly and willing to work around my infant and myself in the house. They followed up the next day to ask about my satisfaction and came out to touch up one patch that didn't blend well. They were able to fix this spot the next day and it is now perfect!

Don, Jason, and Scott arrived early each day, did an excellent job, and finished on time. They all had a strong work ethic, were very personable, and very attentive to details. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Charleston Paint Masters completed our interior painting project and exceeded our expectations. They responded to our request for quote right away and were at our house within a few days to provide us a proposal. The painting crew was fastidious, courteous, condsiderate, efficient, clean and timely throughout the week. Excellent job by professionals.

The owner quickly came to our house and provide a quote to paint the dining room, master bedroom, and bathroom. He responded promptly to a few questions about meeting our move-in schedule and then we hired them for the work. The job was small enough that a single painter came. He was very courteous and friendly and did his work efficiently. We added a small additional tray ceiling area to the originally quoted job and the extra cost for the work was very reasonable. The job was completed in two days, which meant our schedule and the owner's promise to complete the work before we moved in. Would definitely hire again!

I received eight exterior painting estimates for my house. Charleston Paint Masters was in the middle of the price estimate range. I selected Charleston Paint Masters because Jason Bean (owner) gave me an extensive written proposal for the work and his company has Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance. He also agreed to begin the work the next week after I agreed to the contract. Jason allowed me to use a Angie's List discount coupon for the painting. After the pressure washing, a crew of approximately six painters arrived at my house and began the work. Each day, the guys arrived early and left the work area very neat at the end of the day. Despite some cold and rain issues, they finished the job promptly. They were very careful and caulked and scraped areas before painting. Outstanding work by all the guys ! Throughout the process, Jason always responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend Charleston Paint Masters.

The team at Charleston Paint Masters was outstanding. They did a fantastic job, were a pleasure to work with and very professional. Everything was cleaned up and furniture put back when they left. They even went so far as to touch up some trim work (which I only hired them to do the walls) because they found blotches and issues from the prior paint work. Additionally, I asked if they could do some extra rooms while here and they were able to work it into their schedule, no problem. I plan on using them again in the future for exterior work that needs to be done. I highly recommend them!
