Andrew was very professional and prompt in correspondence. The installers were polite and professional. Our installation was delayed some due to rain, but once started it was amazing how quick it was. We chose to remove our existing fence ourselves in order to save some money, but in hindsight it would have been easier to let the company remove for us.

Working with Charleston Fence, LLC was a pleasure in the midst of our crazy pool construction. From the initial meeting to installation day, they were professional and courteous. They were flexible with scheduling to meet our needs and deadlines as we were dealing with other contractors and landscapers during this project. They were fair priced and the fence looks amazing!

All went well. Matt contacted me regularly with schedules, updates, and response to questions. Installation went very well and was done on time and on schedule. There was a minor issue with the original aluminum posts being scratched/damaged from transit, but Matt was eager to resolve and had them all replaced. Very happy with results and would definitely recommend.

Charleston Fence did an amazing job on my fence. After getting 2 other quotes, not only was Charleston Fence the cheapest, they were professional and had a great website with detailed pictures. I worked with Matt and Andrew and they made sure everything was on track. The first day they came and dug the posts, and the crew was very knowledgeable and triple checked every measurement. The next day they built the fence and the job couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect! Professional in both work and attitude. They showed up on time and prepared the estimate on-site, explaining how the process of permitting and construction would go. They obtained all permits, keeping us appraised of permit status. Importantly, they showed up and began work when they said they would show up. After the fence was up, they removed all debris from construction, taking a final walk through for small pieces most companies would miss.The fence looks great! Unlike some fences we have seen that have staggered height on uneven terrain, our fence top looks even, with all the adjustment at the bottom. Appearance wise, our fence looks perfect. If I were building another fence on a different property I would have Charleston Fence build it. I strongly recommend Charleston Fencing.

Exceptionally well. Workmen showed up when they said they would. Supervisor checked on them often. Finished in two days. Workmen cleaned up as they went.

The complete removal and installation of the fence took 2 days. The first day was the removal of the old fence and setting posts with the second day for the installation. Workers were courteous and professional. Their price quote was within a few dollars of the other quotes. Their work is all guaranteed. Very pleased with the look of the fence. Owners followed up promptly with a question we had regarding a very minor sloping issue and as advertised their major concern was our 100% satisfaction with any questions or issues we had with the fence. We hired Charleston Fence to install a 5' privacy fence in our backyard. They came in and installed the fence in a cleared buffer area to conceal the fence. I am extremely impressed with how quickly they installed it but was concerned with the impact of hurricane Irma soon after installation. The fence did not have any damage with Irma's wind and rain. I highly recommend Charleston Fence for your fencing needs.

We trusted the team because we have used this company at several other properties we own or manage. Each time the work is completed flawlessly and there is never a mess left behind.. Charleston Fence responded promptly to our request for a quote and was the most competitive. Matt promptly answered any of our calls and always made his commitments on time, which is refreshing in today's world. Subsequent to ordering the fence, we decided to hardscape our yard. We were able to get the hardscaping scheduled before the fencing, which helped when it came to the delivery of the materials. We requested that Matt install the 2 posts that would be impacted by the hardscaping. He coordinated with Express Sunrooms and was able to set those posts ahead of time. The crew that came to install the fence showed up on time and were extremely courteous. Nicholas set the posts on Thursday and returned the next day, on time, and then installed the fencing. The fence and gates turned out awesome. They worked very well together as a crew and were finished shortly after lunch. I would highly recommend Charleston Fence. I am the President of Saint John's Crossing HOA and am also using them to replace about 200 feet of fencing in our community. Job well done!!

Preparation and installation was great! Charleston Fence handled everything from the HOA paperwork to the many questions that I had about the materials they were using to put up the fence. I am extremely satisfied with their work, fence and gates were installed exactly as I had asked. I also called them back to put a sealer on my fence to help protect it from the sun.

The crew was polite, professional and very efficient at the work. They answered all questions, and performed all of the work requested. The workers left no trash, debris, dirt or any other mess. Went great from day one. Contacted Matt after reading local reviews. He was out the next day to give us a quote. Upon agreeing to terms he put us on his production schedule. We paid an initial deposit (half the total). We were quoted June 5th for installation. He contacted us several days ahead to do a final walk through and make our final style choices and gate placements. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the job in two days. They were professional, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
