From the beginning, Andrew communicated with us regularly and was happy to stop by on multiple occasions as we worked through our HOA's requirements. Pricing was fair and very competitive with others. The work was completed when they said it would and the team worked efficiently with high quality. We had one adjustment/addition to request after the initial work and the team came back to knock that out for a reasonable cost as well. I highly recommend Charleston Fence!

The work was performed on time and in accordance with the contract. The crew was efficient and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. Quality of the work was excellent. Cleanup was thorough. Andy went out of his way to help me locate the property lines on a very complicated plot plan layout and saved me the cost of hiring a surveyor to locate property lines. Altogether great service from beginning to end.

The job went great! The quote was provided at the time of the site visit. The projected was scheduled within a few weeks and the fence was installed within 1 day.

It went great. Two days to complete and quality was outstanding!

Excellent on all accounts: quality of materials, workmanship, personnel and price. Andrew came to the house initially to get a sense of the requirement. He asked good questions, and provided an estimate. He returned a few days before construction began to ensure last minute details. Matt managed the crews. Day 1 the post placing crew set the posts in concrete. Day 2 the picket crew nailed the pickets in place. It was clear these good-natured folks knew their tasks, and effectively and efficiently went about their business. I think their price was competitive and fair (They were $800 below one of their competitor's estimates). We now have a handsome fence, and much to my surprise and delight our three gates came with horizontal, vertical and diagonal tubing for structural support. What a deal!

The work was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I worked with Matt. He was courteous and professional. He assisted me every step of the way. His suggestions were priceless. His crew were equally professional and skilled. The fence came out beautiful. Numerous people have stopped and asked who installed the fence. A woman on a golf cart yelled the other day, " love the fence." It has added a dimension to the property that is eye catching. The quality of work was impressive as they installed the fence next to the bulkhead in the backyard. When we called for an appraisal the owner called back immediately and we set up the appointment with Andrew who was excellent at explaining the options of fencing with pictures etc. and his follow up was amazing as it took us a while to get the installation date due to our schedule. The neighbor witnessed their installation and was so impressed that he hired them to replace an existing fence of his. Cannot say enough about this company from the owner to the workers! Top notch and great selection of product!

Charleston Fence did an excellent job. They were very responsive throughout the whole process. They performed the job on the days they said they would be coming, the work was done quickly and well done, everything was completely cleaned up when they were done and all the people doing the work were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend them if anyone needs a fence installed.

Charleston Fence Company did a great job for us. They were great to work with from the very beginning. The price surprised us on the good side. Thought it would be much more. I had seen some of their work around the neighborhood and knew we wanted to go with them. Once we got approval from the HOA, we set the date for installation. It took two days for the crew to do their work. First day they set the posts and then completed the job the next day. I thought they would bring in pre-made sections. That was not the case. Each section of the fence was individually made on site. It made for a great look and great fit around the ground. I think we are in good shape to keep any gators out of the yard. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work of Charleston Fence and I would highly recommend them to you.

Asked a million questions, all answered in a timely manner. Very prompt and professional. This is the right company if you are looking for quality at an affordably price.

They have a lot of work right now so there was a 6-8 week wait time for installation. We had over 300 feet of fence that was installed with a 4 foot and 8 foot gate. All of this was installed within 2 days. 1 days to put fence posts in and 1 day to put the fence up. There were friendly and expedient. They did break my irrigation system but came in a week later to fix it. Great experience and product.

Employees are very friendly and respond promptly. The only drawback to such excellent service is that Charleston Fence must be in high demand because the wait to get our fence built was roughly two months.

We had a fairly large aluminum fence project and Matt was excellent to work with! He was responsive, timely and very easy to work with! We compared prices with another local company and with one of the major retailers in town, Charleston Fence was by far the best. They beat the major retailer by several thousand dollars. After the install, we needed an additional gate added and they followed up and worked with us with the changes needed. Excellent experience.

We could not be happier. We had some changes to our original plans which were accepted without question. Final product exceeded our expectations. Professionalism and quality both outstanding.
