Charleston Fence LLC did an amazing job installing our fence. From the first phone inquiry, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. After calling 8 different local fencing companies, Charleston Fence LLC not only had the best price (and 100% fair based on the quality of their work) , but also a list of fantastic reviews and prompt answers for my questions. They were the obvious choice. Charleston Fence completed our fence almost 3 weeks ahead of our scheduled time and completed the entire fence in only 2 days. I'm a big DIY person so initially I wanted to install a fence myself - so glad I didn't! I have no doubt that doing the fence myself would have taken many backbreaking weekends of work and the end result would not have come close to the quality that Charleston Fence provided. Our fence is extremely well built and has transformed the look and feel of our backyard. The workers who built my fence were very nice and respectful of my yard as well (example- They called to confirm they could drive into my backyard even though it's just dirt and no grass right now. Also, I didn't find a single cigarette butt or any trash left in my yard from the construction.)

He was punctual, communicated well before appointments by both phone calls and texts, friendly, experienced, and helpful. Installation went well and they adjusted well to a slight hiccup due to my lawn drainage structure. Fence is beautiful and already held up to a medium sized tree landing on it during hurricane.

After calling Charleston Fence LLC, Matt promptly came to my property, listened to my ideas for installing a fence, answered all of my questions and wrote up a quote for the fence on site. After gaining approval through my HOA, I signed the contract and sent him a check for 50% of the cost. Once received, Matt was very easy to work with in scheduling installation and told me to feel free to text him with any questions or concerns. Rather than having the materials delivered ahead of the job and dumped on my driveway or lawn, Matt brings all of his materials in on a trailer. I found that to be a much better method, and it was one of the reasons I chose Charleston Fence LLC to do the job rather than the other 4 companies that gave me quotes. The first day of installation, Matt arrived, we went over the plans again and he explained the installation process. He quickly located my property pins (something no other company had offered to do). I'm so glad he did because my neighbor's fence was built about 4 feet INSIDE his property line so the placement of my fence line had to be adjusted from what we had originally planned. Matt was so good about advising me on the issue and calming my fears about this little glitch. Matt, his partner - Nava - and 3 additional crew members spent about 4-5 hours setting the posts for the fence on the first day of installation. The ground was very wet from a heavy rain so they had to use a pump to remove water from some of the holes before the cement could be added. They were very careful to make sure the posts were set correctly and that the fence line was straight on the top. The second day of installation, the entire crew returned to begin building the fence. They worked great as a team with Nava supervising the crew. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they were very respectful and courteous with their answers or explanations. The 6 foot fence installation was completed in about 5 hours. Then Matt and Nava spent about an hour and a half installing the 4 foot aluminum fence and gate between my house and garage. This involved drilling 16 holes through 4 inches of concrete to set the posts. They were very diligent and accurate as they completed the project. When the job was done, they removed any lumber and trash that was in my yard, leaving it in pristine condition. I'm so glad I chose Charleston Fence LLC for my installation I highly recommend them for your fencing needs!

We called Charleston Fence LLC to provide a quote for a fence and gate installation to enclose our backyard. Matt at Charleston Fence was quick to reply. He promptly provided an onsite quote. We had contacted two other fence companies who didn't even respond to quoting us a price so we hired Charleston Fence for the work. Matt goes over and above in that he contacted the site surveyor to obtain the survey, then he completed and submitted the required HOA forms which included the site plan with drawings provided of the fence to be built. It is such a relief to a homeowner not to have to spend time on this process so it was amazing that Matt includes that process as part of his work. The HOA approval was obtained and Matt gave us a timeframe for the install. Again, he and his crew were onsite on the specified date and completed the fence in just a few hours! The fence and gate are very high quality and beautiful!! We highly recommend his work not only from the quality of materials and workmanship but also his amazing customer service!!!
