+ -1 moreThe tree died and the business doesn't return phone calls.
Description of Work: We purchased a 8 foot Natchez Crepe Myrtle from him last March. First - it wasn't the tree that was chosen for delivery but we decided to let that one go. It never lived. I have called and left messages and sent an email requesting a conversation. We paid $550 in cash. We called an Arborist and showed him the pictures of the tree delivered and planted. He said the root ball was too small and when he inspected the tree he said the tree never had a chance to survive. Even Lowes give a 1 year warranty on their trees.
