Description of Work: They were prompt and resolved a few small issues quickly. I did ask for an estimate on further work which was not acknowledged until I emailed through Angie's List again several days later. Then owner called back within a day with quotes.

Description of Work: They fixed two wall-outlets that were not working and performed a whole-house electrical inspection. When the 2 electricians were done they gave us a list of things that would need updating in the future. The technicians were very cordial, prompt and professional. They arrived on time and were done in about 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the work.

When I told them I was comfortable doing the few things they mentioned, they completely understood and didn't try to push their services.

Description of Work: Job was done well but they were very slow and did not have one of the electrical outlets that was to be installed. I did not want to pay them to go to the store so I finished the work.

Description of Work: They came for an Inspection which just,another way of getting paid to come and to,sell you something you might need. Wasn't what I thought it would be like telling me if something was dangerous, etc

Description of Work: I bought an electric inspection of my home through Angie's List. The electrician that came to my home seemed very knowledgable. There was a slight problem when I scheduled the service. No one came at the time that we originally scheduled. I called and rescheduled. It was recommended that I purchase a whole hole surge protector. I am now in the process of determining whether or not this is something that I actually need.

Description of Work: There was miscommunication from the owner and the crew that showed up. I had contracted for 4 can lights to be installed and the crew that showed up thought they were there to give me a price. The owner had to call and straighten things out. The work was completed but there were some issues. Cuts were made in the ceiling only to find out they were next to the rafters. New cuts had to be made but the original ones were left there form me to fix. The crew did not were shoe covers or remove the runner in the area where they were working so I had to clean the runner. The hole left in the ceiling from removing the old light was left wide open and I had my son come and help me patch it. Overall, the work it self was fine, but the mess and miscommunication makes me hesitant to recommend them.

Description of Work: We had one new combination smoke/carbon monoxide detector and five new smoke detectors installed in our home. The price included all six detectors, service call and labor.

Description of Work: HE, PUSHED ONE BUTTON IN THE SECOND BATHROOM TO RESET THE OUT LET IN THE MASTER BATHROOM. HE WAS THERE 5-7 MINUTES, HE CHARGED $200.00. WHEN I MENTIONED I FOUND THE SERVICE ON ANGIE'S LIST AND WAS TO HAVE A 5% DISCOUNT, HE SAID O WELL YOU ALREADY WROTE THE CHECK. I FELT THAT I WAS OVER CHARGE. OWNER CALLED ME LATER IN DAY WHEN HE WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS UPSET ABOUT THRE CHARGE. HE INFORMED ME THAT THEIR REGULAR HOUSE CALL CHARGE WAS $150.00. I AM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND I CHARGE FAR LESS FOR A HOUSE CALL. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN, AND I WILL ALSO ASK PRIOR TO ANY SERVICE WHAT'S THE CALL CHARGE.

Description of Work: The vendor had good communication and tried to fit us in as quickly as possible. They had great customer service even though we did not end up using their services. We would use them again if we have a need.

Description of Work: I had numerous electrical outlet failures caused by water damage. Robert Rusch patiently & professionally tracked each problem to its source, fixed the problem, and installed appropriate GFCI outlets & exterior covers, I was impressed by the tenacious approach to problem solving & the professional solutions that made my home safer. Highly recommended.
