Description of Work: They replaced two lamps on brick posts at end of drive. One of the old lamps had fallen over from age and damage from excessive rain and wind. I purchased replacements and they installed.

Description of Work: The owner of the company did the inspection. He let me know everything he was doing and explained why. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge of electricity. In a month or two, I want to have a house-wide circuit breaker installed in my house to prevent damage to my appliances and heating/cooling system (that do not have individual circuit breakers like ones used on televisions and computers).

Description of Work: Provider reset the GFCI plug instead of replacing the breaker with a larger voltage. Was very thorough on checking where the issue was but not fixing it. The end result should have been a larger breaker for the house but he left after 10 minutes.

Description of Work: Started to change the fan in the family room and then I asked him to change it back to the original. The electrician who helped asked if he could have the fan which was in perfect working order. I thought that was unprofessional. The light fixture in the foyer was done without any problem. We asked to have a dimmer switch put in for the dining room chandilier and the switch was not a very user friendly one. Also, the guy who was doing it did not check to see if it was live and got shocked by it. As for the price, this was a special through Angie's List. Our fault, because I think we paid too much for what was done but that was after the fact. Upon presentation of the bill we were charged $70.00 for the switch and a plate for the foyer chandelier. I thought that was excessive.

Description of Work: I wish I could have asked these questions before purchasing the $125 electrical service. They could not do either thing for which I paid the $ and I didn't know that at the time of purchase. They did change two lightbulbs and my furnace filter instead.

Description of Work: My only issue was it didn't seem like a whole house inspection was done. They just threw a new gfci part at an issue I had and when it didn't solve the problem they had to come back and actually troubleshoot. I'm not even sure a whole house inspection ever occurred.

Description of Work: Installed one outlet and wired another, both in new locations. Worked by the hour and were fast and efficient.
