Description of Work: Guys came out exactly when they said they would, worked hard and even squeezed in a small job to round out the hour.

Description of Work: Supplier was in June 2016 Charleston edition .He replaced one outlet and checked a second.Labor $150 and outlet part $50. That's a $15 part .mentioned Angie's list and gave me $10 discount..Ad says 10%.I would not recommend them . Gouged a 77 yr old man. You list other suppliers that replace 2 outlets for less than them

Description of Work: Overall home inspection was the contracted service, but Mr. Rusch preformed a repair that restored my kitchen lights for another $75. Well worth the cost to get my kitchen lights back.

Description of Work: Did not use this service. I pre-paid $125 through Angie's List, but the company gave me a $225 minimum estimate to replace the track lights on my living room cathedral ceiling because they would have to arrange for a special ladder. Angie's List staff were prompt and courteous in refunding my initial payment.

Description of Work: The electrician never called to schedule the time nor refund the money. It is utterly dissapointed and do not recommend the company nor the Angie list. It was a $75 lesson that I never forget

Description of Work: We first hired them to do the basic electrical check promoted on Angie's List. We felt comfortable enough to ask them to bid and then selected Charleston Electric for a lighting remodel of our kitchen to go along with a total kitchen remodel. They were flexible with our scheduling changes and accommodated our wishes in a timely manner. We found them professional, and easy to work with and would call on them again.

Description of Work: We had two ceiling fans installed by a young man. He did a great job, kept the area clean, made sure everything worked.

Description of Work: We needed to replace a chandelier in our foyer (19' high) so we called Charleston Electric. We set up a time, they arrived as planned and completed the work very professionally. The work required setting up scaffolding on hardwood floors - they were careful and did not cause any damage.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List for $150 in services from Charleston Electric. I spoke to William on the phone, he was incredibly honest and helpful about how to go about the work I was requesting. The following week, he was prompt about returning my call to schedule the work. | |An electrician showed up on time to install a grounded electrical outlet. He was friendly and quickly went to work with the installation. | |Here's my only sticking point - I was unexpectedly charged $50 after the services were rendered for cost of materials: a duplex outlet, plastic cover, a few feet of wiring, a new box. It seemed like a gouge to me. | |That issue aside I would still recommend these guys, they did great, customer-centric work. I'll ask about materials next time before work begins.

Description of Work: Outstanding service and a fair price. Electrician was early and very knowledgeable. Had no problem troubleshooting the circuit, identifying the problem and restoring service. Prompt work that even included a trip to Lowes for parts! (It was closer than the company warehouse) I will definitely call them again for home electrical work/repairs.
